In this role, you will drive market growth, strengthen customer engagement, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives aligned with regional and global objectives.What to Expect:Develop and execute country-specific marketing strategies across the Nordic region aligned with overall business objectivesParticipate in strategic planning to support long‑term, profitable growth opportunitiesImplement account‑based marketing strategies to drive growth in key healthcare accountsDrive digital acceleration and customer engagement through platforms such as Salesforce and PardotConduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunitiesPartner with the sales organization to support product launches, promotional campaigns, and commercial initiativesDevelop and manage the regional marketing budget to ensure effective allocation of resourcesCreate educational and promotional materials for healthcare professionals and customersCollaborate with regulatory and legal teams to ensure marketing activities meet local and regional compliance standardsWork cross‑functionally with regional/country marketing, communications, sales, market access, and medical & scientific teams to ensure alignmentBuild and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and professional societies within the gynecology and surgical landscapeProvide marketing and product training to the sales organization to support successful commercial executionWhat We Expect:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, life sciences, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred5+ years of marketing experience within the Nordic region, or a combination of sales and marketing experience in healthcareExperience within the medical device or healthcare industry, ideally in gynecology, surgical solutions, or women’s healthStrong understanding of the Nordic healthcare landscape, including public and private healthcare organizationsKnowledge of healthcare marketing regulations and compliance requirementsExperience with digital marketing tools and analytics platformsStrong strategic planning and analytical skillsExperience managing product lifecycle and marketing campaignsProven ability to develop and execute account‑based marketing initiativesExcellent communication and presentation skills in English; Nordic language skills (Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) are advantageousStrong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teamsAbility to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on campaign executionStrong project management skills with a track record of delivering initiatives on time and within budgetSelf‑starter with a creative, solution‑oriented mindset and strong organizational skillsAdditional DetailsTravel: Up to 40% across the NordicsLanguage: English required; Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish desirableWhy join Hologic?
