In the past two years, we've grown from 24 to 80 people, doubled our revenue, and won Webflow’s 2025 Enterprise Partner of the Year award.We are a fully-remote company.What We're Looking ForWe’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to help us with marketing efforts for BX Studio (not our clients) part-time. Responsibilities will span customer marketing, email newsletter management, content calendar management, and coordinating marketing efforts between our content, events, paid media and executive teams.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing multi-channel marketing initiatives across teams.This role is ideal for someone who:Has experience working with executive teams and can easily coordinate workflows between senior leadership, managers, and independent contributors.Is highly organized and is a self-starter. If you see a way to improve a process, you jump in and fix it.Has a content background and can write case studies, edit long-form articles, and clean up marketing copy as needed.Knows how to build out and document SOPs.Has solid experience using Claude or other AI tools to streamline workflows but understands the importance of having a human in the loop to maintain quality standards.Has social media marketing skills, especially on LinkedIn.Has a foundational understanding of paid media and organic marketing terms and concepts.Has experience with customer marketing, case study production, and newsletter management.Tools: You are proficient using Slack, GSuite, Asana, Notion, Luma, Claude, and social media platforms (especially LinkedIn and YouTube).Nice-to-haves:Experience organizing in-person marketing eventsExperience organizing webinars, driving sign-ups, and running post-event follow upsThe RoleContent You will own the editorial and marketing calendars, collaborating cross-functionally with multiple departments and our website Project Manager to ensure projects are completed on time. This role will require writing a variety of marketing copy from case studies and search-optimized blogs to social copy and email newsletters.Webinars & Events You will support our existing marketing team in organizing and promoting in-person marketing events like dinners and curated gatherings. You will also support our webinar marketing efforts by promoting upcoming webinars and past webinar recordings on social, in newsletters, and on our own website.Project Management You will own the editorial and marketing calendars, collaborating cross-functionally with multiple departments and our website Project Manager to ensure projects are completed on time. This role will work closely with our CEO and Director of Organic Growth to translate overall marketing strategy into actionable workflows and help document the SOPs.Executive Management You will be working closely with our executive team, so experience managing up and coordinating with busy department leaders is essential.
