About The RoleThe Marketing Manager owns integrated demand-generation and brand programs for a technology portfolio, translating product positioning into campaigns that increase qualified pipeline, customer engagement, and market visibility.The role combines strategy with hands-on execution across marketing automation, paid acquisition, SEO, content, email, and social. The team relies on this role to connect campaign performance to funnel metrics and make clear optimization decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and launch integrated campaigns across email, paid search, paid social, organic search, webinars, and content using tools such as HubSpot or Marketo, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign ManagerBuild campaign briefs, messaging, landing pages, nurture journeys, and performance dashboards in partnership with product marketing, sales, content, and designTrack channel and funnel performance in GA4, CRM, and BI reporting systems; analyze CAC, conversion rates, MQL-to-SQL progression, and pipeline contributionManage the editorial calendar and coordinate the delivery of blog posts, case studies, solution pages, sales enablement assets, and social contentRun A/B tests on audience segments, creative, calls to action, email sequences, and landing pages to improve acquisition and conversion ratesOwn campaign budgets, agency and freelancer relationships, timelines, and post-campaign reporting for leadershipTranslate customer, competitor, and performance insights into recommendations for positioning, channel mix, and quarterly marketing plansWhat We Are Looking For3-6 years of experience in B2B or B2C technology marketing, with measurable impact on demand generation, acquisition, engagement, or revenueHands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or comparable systemsStrong working knowledge of digital channels including SEO, SEM, paid social, email marketing, content marketing, and conversion-rate optimizationProficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, spreadsheet-based analysis, and campaign reporting; experience with Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools is valuableExcellent writing, editing, stakeholder-management, and project-management skills across multiple concurrent campaignsBachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experienceBonus: Experience marketing SaaS, developer tools, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or data products; familiarity with attribution platforms, ABM programs, SQL, or marketing experimentation frameworks
