The Role
You are the primary strategic relationship between Media Fuel and our clients. You manage day-to-day marketing across multiple accounts, develop and present quarterly initiative plans, own SEO and leads reporting, manage progress billing, and keep everything moving between clients and our creative team. You don’t wait for direction. You bring it. What a typical week looks like:
Running weekly client status meetings across multiple accounts
Writing creative briefs that give the team clear strategic direction
Building SEO strategies and doing keyword research using Semrush and Google tools
Analyzing leads reports and monthly SEO reports, and turning findings into client recommendations
Building quarterly initiative calendars with tiered cost options
Managing progress billing and tracking projects against approved estimates
Reviewing deliverables before they go to the client
Writing change orders when scope shifts This job is for you if:

You’re curious about why people make buying decisions and how marketing influences them What you bring:
2+ years of account management or senior account coordinator experience at a marketing agency
Hands-on SEO experience, including keyword research and translating data into direction
Experience with Semrush or a comparable platform
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including running client-facing meetings
Familiarity with Click Up or a comparable project management platform
Comfort working across content, paid media, social, web, and video
Bonus: GA4, Looker Studio, leads reporting, or experience using AI tools in a marketing workflow
The setup: Hybrid. In the office on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Remote on Tuesday and Friday. Fishers, Indiana
