AEC Marketing Manager
An industry-leading construction organization is actively seeking a talented AEC Marketing Manager to join their collaborative and fast-moving team. This individual will play an integral role in shaping and implementing strategic marketing efforts that drive brand visibility, business development initiatives, and continued company growth. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and creative marketing professional with strong leadership abilities, exceptional communication skills, and the capacity to manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously. This opportunity offers a salary range of $100,000–$120,000 in addition to an excellent benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) program, summer hours, and bonus eligibility.Responsibilities of the AEC Marketing Manager:Lead the preparation and coordination of compelling RFP and RFQ submissions as well as client-facing presentations for shortlist interviews.Manage the company’s social media presence and digital marketing efforts by creating engaging content and maintaining brand consistency.Oversee website updates, marketing collateral, case studies, brochures, and other branded materials.Coordinate the production of corporate videos, project photography, and additional visual marketing assets.Review and edit marketing copy, graphics, and presentation materials to ensure quality and accuracy.Support CRM management and maintain project databases and marketing-related records.Assist in the execution of annual marketing initiatives, award submissions, networking events, and company-sponsored functions.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal leadership and team members while managing multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications of the AEC Marketing Manager:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Five or more years of professional marketing experience, preferably within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry.Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.Demonstrated success managing digital marketing initiatives and social media campaigns.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong editing and proofreading abilities.Outstanding organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.Ability to thrive both independently and within a collaborative team-oriented environment.Strategic mindset paired with a meticulous attention to detail.P-9
