If this resonates with you, we'd love to hear from you!ABOUT YOUR ROLEWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Affiliate Marketing Manager with 3–4 years of affiliate marketing experience to lead and grow affiliate programs for our health and wellness clients. This role will own day-to-day affiliate execution while also helping shape strategy, optimize performance, and expand partner networks.The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the affiliate ecosystem, is comfortable managing relationships and performance, and can independently drive growth across multiple client programs. You’ll play a key role in recruiting and managing affiliates, analyzing performance, and partnering with clients to achieve revenue goals.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead affiliate marketing strategy and execution across multiple client accounts, ensuring programs are aligned with business goals and revenue targets.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on affiliate marketing, leading client calls, presenting performance, and providing strategic recommendations.Oversee day-to-day affiliate operations, including partner recruitment, outreach, campaign execution, and reporting, ensuring work is executed effectively and on time.Guide and support the execution of affiliate initiatives by junior team members, providing direction, feedback, and quality control.Manage escalations and complex partner or performance issues, developing solutions in collaboration with clients and internal teams.Analyze affiliate performance at a program level to identify trends, opportunities for optimization, and areas for growth.Partner with clients to evolve commission structures, promotional strategies, and affiliate mix as programs scale.Stay informed on affiliate marketing trends, platforms, and best practices to proactively inform strategy and client recommendations.CORE COMPETENCIES3–4 years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within an agency or multi-client environment.Strong familiarity with affiliate platforms and tools (e.g., Impact, ShareASale, etc.).Proven ability to analyze performance data, synthesize insights, and translate them into strategic recommendations for clients.Experience leading client conversations, including performance reviews, strategy discussions, and issue resolution.Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to oversee multiple accounts and workflows simultaneously.Excellent communication and relationship-management skills, with confidence interacting with both clients and affiliate partners.Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).Experience mentoring or overseeing junior team members is a plus.WHY JOIN USAt Jack Taylor, you’re not just a team member—you’re a key contributor in a fast-paced, future-oriented industry.
