Our cliente in the Consumer Electronics space is hiring an AI Marketing Operations Manager!About the roleWe run performance creative on a deliberately AI-native model. Instead of hiring someone to originate the creative idea, the strategic layer — angle development, hook generation, briefs, email concepts, testing hypotheses, and first-pass FTC compliance review — runs on AI tooling, owned jointly with the Head of Growth.What that model needs is a producer. You take AI-generated strategy and turn it into shipped, on-brand, compliant creative across every surface that drives conversion: paid social, email and lifecycle, and landing pages. You own the performance feedback loop that makes the strategy engine sharper every week. And you are the human quality-and-compliance gate before anything goes live. This is a production, operations, and quality role — not a creative-vision role. We’ve adapted the team structure to fit your skillset and we’re confident that you’ll be making a high-velocity, full-funnel creative machine run clean and fast.How this model worksWe split the work deliberately, and the split holds across every surface:Strategy and ideation — angles, hooks, briefs, email and lifecycle concepts, test hypotheses, first-pass compliance: AI tooling + Head of Growth.You — take those concepts and produce them into finished assets (ads, emails, landing pages), QA each one for brand and compliance, ship and traffic them, then pull the results back out and log them so the next round is more sharp.The feedback loop is the whole game. Our AI strategy layer has no memory between sessions. The single test log you maintain — across paid, email, and on-site — is what lets strategy compound instead of resetting every week. If the loop breaks, the model degrades to guesswork. Owning that loop is what’s going to grow our business.What you'll own1. The performance feedback loopPull performance data across every surface: ad-level exports from Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, and Google Ads (no direct API/MCP connectors, so this is hands-on export work), Klaviyo for email campaign and flow performance, and GA4 + Mixpanel for on-site and funnel data.Maintain one master test log in a shared folder: every ad, email, and landing-page test tagged by hook / angle / format / surface / creator, with spend, results, and outcome. This is the system of record the strategy layer reads from.Ship the weekly performance digest on a fixed cadence, spanning paid, email, and on-site: winners, losers, fatiguing creative, what to scale, what to kill.2. Paid creative productionTurn AI-generated concepts, scripts, and briefs into finished, platform-ready ads.Operate the AI generation stack (LLMs for hook/script variants, image gen, voice, video gen) to batch-produce variants of proven winners.Own asset management / DAM hygiene so nothing gets lost or rebuilt from scratch.3. Email and lifecycle productionBuild and ship campaign and flow emails in Klaviyo from AI-generated concepts and copy — on-brand, mobile-first, and rendering-tested before send.Produce and QA the email creative: subject lines, layouts, modular templates, image-to-text balance.Run email creative experiments (subject, hook, layout) and feed the results into the same test log.Work cleanly inside the deliverability guardrails the program maintains — respect suppression segments (e.g. ZeroBounce invalid / spam-trap / abuse), follow the warming and sending rules, never blast unsegmented lists. You produce and ship email; you do not need to own sender reputation and segmentation (that stays with Head of Growth), but you operate inside it without exception.4. CRO and landing pagesBuild and iterate landing pages and on-site creative (Shopify). Ad-to-page message match is a priority — it's where a lot of paid efficiency is won or lost.Produce and ship A/B test variants. Where a test needs engineering (the application and checkout funnel architecture sits with engineering), you run the creative and message tests around and into it rather than touching the underlying build.Log every test — hypothesis, variant, result — into the same system of record.5. Quality and compliance gateYou are the last human check before anything ships, on every surface — ad, email, landing page — for brand consistency (palette, voice, mobile-first framing) and for FTC + rent-to-own advertising compliance.6. Tooling and pipelineKeep the cross-surface production and reporting pipeline running and improve it over time: the export-to-log workflow, the variant-generation workflow, the email build process, the trafficking process.Build or maintain lightweight automation (n8n or similar) to cut manual export/log work where possible.
