The Alfa Romeo North America Marketing Manager will lead strategic and tactical marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, sales, and market share. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities including brand strategy, social media, experiential events, global coordination, and governance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and confident in presenting marketing narratives to leadership and agency partners.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Leadership & StrategyServe as the single point of accountability for Alfa Romeo brand marketing in North AmericaTranslate global direction into regionally relevant strategies and executionsDefine priorities and optimize impactDevelop and coordinate the monthly Go-to-Market deck to the internal marketing organization and Business Centers, ensuring consistent messaging and execution readinessPartner with PR, Advertising, CRM, and Experiential teams to synchronize launch timing, creative assets, and messaging for major nameplatesMarketing Collaboration & ExecutionLead coordination across CRM, media, web operations, social, experiential, branded entertainment, and retail marketingEnsure alignment across internal Stellantis stakeholders and agency partnersSupport brand activations, auto shows, and experiential events to ensure seamless coordination of transportation, display readiness and brand presentation guidelinesDevelop strategic briefs and activation plans for select brand initiatives, providing clear direction to agency partners and cross-functional teams to bring the brand vision to lifeEnsure cohesive messaging across .com, CRM campaigns, dealer assets, and social channelsOversee CRM campaign strategy and performance (e.g., monthly GTM cadence)Manage and approve organic social with agency partners, ensuring regional relevance and brand toneLead website refresh efforts, ensuring current offers, optimized UX, and aligned storytellingPartner with teams to activate launches, lifecycle campaigns, and key milestonesFacilitate global marketing alignment, managing communications and collaboration with internal brand teams to ensure consistency in messaging, execution, and strategic prioritiesDealer & Retail SupportSupport dealer communications and launch calls (CRM, digital, experiential updates)Partner on co-op programs, dealer websites, and retail marketing integrationEnsure alignment between brand initiatives and dealer executionPerformance & ReportingTrack and report on brand KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and engagement metricsPrepare executive-level updates (business reviews, leadership presentations)Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and drive measurable resultsKey DeliverablesMonthly Go-to-Market Deck Cross team collaboration with Brand Managers related to incentive direction and comms Lead Cross Channel Planning & Execution in collab with the Fleet Coordinator Purchase Order Reviews Cross-Functional Partners EngagementDrive Days/Training Advertising PR Experiential Auto Shows BC/Field Staff Global Team Agency Partners Basic RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in brand marketing, automotive marketing, experiential marketing, event management, or relatedProven track record of leading cross-functional teams to execute high-impact marketing campaigns, product launches, and branded eventsFamiliarity with automotive industry dynamics, consumer engagement strategies, and branded partnership executionDemonstrated ability to manage complex logistics and timelines while maintaining brand standards and delivering exceptional customer experiencesPreferred RequirementsMBA Global marketing experience would be a bonus Our Benefits — Designed With You In MindComprehensive Health & Well-being CoverageFrom your very first day, you’ll have access to medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage — ensuring you and your family stay healthy and protected.
