Our client is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead growth across a defined regional or segment market. In this highly visible role, you will combine market insight, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, operations, and estimating teams to expand market presence, strengthen customer relationships, and drive revenue and margin growth.This position plays a key role in shaping market strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and improving profitability across key construction markets.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute market strategy for an assigned territory or segment, including positioning, target accounts, and growth initiativesIdentify opportunities to increase revenue and margin across existing and new customers, project types, and product linesTrack competitive activity, pricing trends, and project pipelines to inform strategic decision-makingPartner with sales teams to deepen relationships with contractors, developers, engineers, and distributorsBuild and refine segment strategies across markets such as infrastructure, commercial, industrial, and residential constructionProvide input into pricing strategy, product mix, and service offerings based on market insightsLead market forecasting and planning, supporting annual and quarterly business planningMonitor performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve resultsCollaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and finance teamsServe as the internal voice of the market, sharing insights on trends, customer feedback, and competitive dynamicsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field requiredMBA or advanced degree preferred6–8+ years of experience in market management, commercial strategy, business development, or related rolesStrong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate market data into actionable plansProven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive initiativesExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong project management and organizational abilities
