We work closely with dealers, customers, sales teams, product teams and global stakeholders to deliver competitive material handling solutions for warehousing, distribution, manufacturing and other industrial applications. As the business continues to expand, Heli America is seeking an experienced marketing leader who can strengthen the HELI brand, establish a disciplined marketing operating model and translate business priorities into measurable market growth.Job OverviewThe Marketing Manager, Brand & Growth Strategy will lead the development and execution of Heli America’s brand and marketing strategy across the Americas. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for building brand awareness, developing differentiated market positioning, supporting dealer and sales-channel growth, leading product marketing initiatives and establishing an effective marketing management structure. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic connector across Sales, Product Management, Aftermarket, Dealer Development, Corporate Leadership and global teams. This individual will translate corporate and commercial objectives into actionable marketing plans, clear market-facing messages and measurable programs that support revenue growth. The role requires both strategic leadership and operational execution. The Marketing Manager will manage the Marketing team, establish clear priorities and accountability, provide professional coaching and ensure that marketing activities are aligned with business needs.What you will be doing:Brand Strategy & ManagementLead Heli America’s North American brand strategy, positioning, messaging, visual identity and market differentiation.Localize global brand and product messaging for regional audiences while maintaining alignment with HELI global standards.Establish brand guidelines and provide creative direction across campaigns, digital content, PR, advertising, product materials, dealer communications and events.Monitor brand perception, customer insights and competitive positioning to identify growth opportunities.Manage external agencies, designers, media partners and marketing vendors.Marketing & Go-to-Market StrategyDevelop the annual marketing strategy, campaign calendar and budget aligned with commercial objectives.Partner with Sales, Dealer Development, Product Management and leadership to define priority markets, customer segments and growth initiatives.Build actionable go-to-market plans, customer profiles, vertical strategies, product positioning and integrated campaigns.Conduct market, customer and competitor research to identify trends, needs, risks and opportunities.Ensure marketing programs support revenue growth, customer acquisition, dealer development and market expansion.Dealer Marketing & Sales EnablementDevelop scalable marketing programs, campaign packages, digital assets and sales tools for Heli America’s dealer network.Improve dealer engagement, local marketing execution, brand compliance and campaign effectiveness.Create presentations, proposals, case studies, competitive positioning, objection-handling tools and other sales-enablement content.Support product and value-proposition training for sales teams and dealers.Maintain an organized system for approved sales and marketing materials.Digital Marketing & Demand GenerationLead website, SEO, social media, email, paid media, content and digital demand-generation strategies.Develop campaigns that generate qualified leads and support dealer and sales-pipeline growth.Improve lead capture, qualification, distribution, CRM tracking and follow-up accountability in partnership with Sales.Monitor engagement, lead quality, conversion and ROI to continuously optimize performance.Trade Shows & EventsLead trade shows, dealer meetings, product demonstrations, customer events and internal commercial events.Define objectives, audiences, messaging, staffing, budgets and post-event follow-up requirements.Partner with Sales and Dealer Development to maximize event-generated opportunities and timely lead conversion.Team Leadership & Marketing OperationsLead, coach and develop the Marketing team, establishing clear responsibilities, performance expectations and development plans.Translate business priorities into assignments, milestones, deliverables and deadlines.Establish operating processes, project-management tools, reporting routines and escalation protocols that improve visibility and accountability.Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, execution and continuous improvement.Cross-Functional Collaboration, Budget & PerformanceServe as a strategic partner to Sales, Dealer Development, Product Management, Service, Parts, Operations, Finance and senior leadership.Collaborate with parent-company and international stakeholders, including Mexico operations, to align global priorities with regional market needs.Manage the annual marketing budget and allocate resources to high-priority initiatives.Establish KPIs for brand growth, campaigns, lead generation, digital engagement, dealer participation and pipeline contribution.Report performance, business impact and recommended actions to senior leadership.Must HaveBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.8+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience across brand strategy, product marketing, channel marketing, go-to-market strategy or sales enablement.3+ years of direct people-management experience, including performance management, coaching and employee development.Demonstrated success strengthening or repositioning a corporate or product brand and establishing brand standards.Experience leading integrated campaigns across digital, print, PR, events, sales materials and channel communications.Proven ability to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, value propositions, launch plans and sales-enablement materials.Strong project-management, analytical, communication and executive-presentation capabilities.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a lean, growth-oriented environment while remaining hands-on when needed.Experience in material handling, industrial equipment, manufacturing, automotive, commercial vehicles, logistics, warehouse solutions or another durable-goods industry.Ability to travel approximately 20%–25%.Legal authorization to work in the United States consistent with Heli America’s employment requirements.Nice to HaveExperience supporting dealer, distributor, franchise or multi-channel sales networks.Experience localizing a global brand or product portfolio for the U.S. or North American market.Experience working with international parent companies or cross-border teams.Knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, website management, digital analytics and lead-management processes.Experience managing creative, advertising, PR or digital agencies.MBA or another relevant graduate degree.Spanish or Mandarin language capability.Information Security and
