Hiring Book Sales & Marketing ManagerI recently launched my book Thirty: The TIME IS NOW, which is a deeply personal account of my first 30 years of life. I published it because I believe my experiences are ones others can genuinely benefit from hearing. I would have loved a book like this when I was 20. In it, I share my journey through education, mental health struggles in high finance, and how I eventually found my way back to myself and healed.After selling the first few hundred copies, I'm now looking for someone to help bring it to the people who need it. My personal goal is 10 million books sold... and for this I need you!The roleI handle content creation. You own everything else end to end. In particular, you will focus on:Sales strategy & execution: marketing plan, content creation plan (I'm happy to assist)Marketing & growth: ads, email, social, PR, partnerships. This is the core focus. In plain terms: I need someone who ensures sales happen.Distribution & retailer relationships: managing ties with bookstores, events, universities, and schools; exploring speaker gigs and other channels to get the book in front of the right audiences.What you bringProven track record selling books or info productsExperience in publishing; book funnels preferredSelf-starter mentality; no hand-holding neededNetwork in media, podcasts, or retail is a strong plusCompensation Base + commission on revenue.
