Brand Manager
We currently have an opportunity within the Marketing team for a Brand Manager to lead the development and promotion of VOYO’s Originals, Fiction, Exclusives and Series. This role is responsible for shaping the brand narrative, building audience relevance, and driving engagement through integrated campaigns and strong content positioning.Responsibilities:Vertical Brand LeadershipDefine the identity and positioning of each content vertical within the VOYO brand ecosystem.Ensure consistent tone, messaging, and creative expression across all communication touchpoints—from platform to social media.Act as the brand owner for these categories, driving long-term equity and emotional connection with target audiences.Campaign Development & ExecutionPlan and manage 360° campaigns that support new content launches, seasonal moments, and themed collections.Lead creative development across social, performance, PR, influencer, and platform assets, ensuring relevance and resonance.Collaborate closely with internal teams (social, performance, media) and external partners (creative, influencers) to deliver high-impact activations.Audience Insights & PerformanceBuild and maintain a clear understanding of audience needs, motivations and behaviors.Monitor campaign performance, content engagement, and brand health metrics.Test and learn: drive small-scale experiments to optimize creatives, messaging, and audience targeting across campaigns.Cross-Team CollaborationWork hand-in-hand with the content, digital, production and product teams to ensure seamless user journeys and strategic content promotion.Align efforts with the broader VOYO brand strategy and ensure synergy with overall marketing priorities.Skills:A culturally curious brand builder with a passion for storytelling and content.Skilled in translating audience insights into powerful creative briefs.Comfortable leading campaigns across multiple platforms and teams.Driven by performance, engagement, and long-term brand building.
