About Peace & Chaos: Peace & Chaos is a Greek designer brand creating bold, artistic womenswear, recognised for its distinctive prints, expressive colour palettes and strong creative identity. Designed and produced in Greece, our collections are sold through our flagship store, e-commerce platform, wholesale network and selected international partners. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an exceptional Senior Brand & Marketing Manager to help shape the next chapter of our brand. The Role: This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution. You’ll be responsible for planning, organising and delivering our marketing activity across the business, ensuring every campaign, launch, collaboration and customer touchpoint reflects the Peace & Chaos brand at the highest standard. Working closely with the founders, you’ll collaborate with our design, production, e-commerce, sales and content teams, as well as external partners, to bring ideas to life and continually elevate the brand. Key Responsibilities: •⁠ Develop and drive the overall brand and marketing strategy, ensuring it supports the company’s long-term vision and growth objectives. •⁠ Identify opportunities to strengthen the brand, increase awareness, expand our reach and take Peace & Chaos to the next level. •⁠ Produce regular strategic performance reports, providing meaningful analysis, clear conclusions and actionable recommendations. •⁠ Develop and manage the annual marketing calendar, ensuring all initiatives align with the wider business strategy. •⁠ ⁠Plan and execute product launches, campaigns and seasonal collection rollouts. •⁠ Develop and execute PR strategies, media relations, press releases and brand partnerships. •⁠ ⁠Lead PR activity, media relations, press releases and brand partnerships. •⁠ Build and manage influencer collaborations and strategic brand partnerships that enhance brand visibility and credibility. •⁠ ⁠Coordinate campaign and product photoshoots from concept through to delivery. •⁠ ⁠Ensure consistency of the Peace & Chaos brand across every customer touchpoint. •⁠ Manage marketing budgets and ensure marketing investment delivers measurable business results. •⁠ ⁠Coordinate with our digital marketing partner on paid advertising, SEO and website marketing initiatives. •⁠ ⁠Work closely with our in-house content creator to ensure all marketing campaigns and content are strategically aligned. •⁠ Organise events, pop-ups, launches and brand activations that strengthen customer engagement and brand awareness. •⁠ ⁠Analyse marketing performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. •⁠ Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and produce clear, insightful reports with meaningful recommendations for future growth. •⁠ Maintain consistency of the Peace & Chaos brand across every customer touchpoint. •⁠ ⁠Research and develop new partnerships and opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and support business growth. Requirements: •⁠ ⁠ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Communications or a related field. •⁠ ⁠5+ years’ experience in marketing, preferably within designer brands, lifestyle or premium consumer brands. •⁠ ⁠Excellent project management and organisational skills. •⁠ Positive, professional and collaborative approach, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. •⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of branding, storytelling and visual communication. •⁠ ⁠Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English. •⁠ Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to translate insights into clear business recommendations. •⁠ Resilient under pressure, with the ability to remain calm, organised and solution-focused during busy periods. •⁠ ⁠Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. •⁠ ⁠High attention to detail. •⁠ ⁠Strong commercial awareness. •⁠ ⁠Self-motivated with a proactive, solution-focused mindset. •⁠ ⁠Confident working independently while collaborating across departments.
