That’s why at Blue Tees Golf, our mission is to make high-quality equipment accessible to all golfers.Job SummaryWe are seeking a strategic, highly organized, and proactive Channel & Retail Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of our retail and wholesale marketing initiatives.This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, Product, Creative, and Operations, serving as the primary marketing partner for our retail and wholesale business. You'll develop channel marketing strategies, lead product launches, create retailer-specific marketing programs, strengthen retail partnerships, and identify opportunities to improve retail visibility, customer engagement, and sell-through.This is not a project coordination role. We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with exceptional execution—someone who proactively identifies opportunities, brings forward new ideas, and takes ownership from strategy through execution. The ideal candidate is a marketer first and an operator second, with a strong commercial mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for building meaningful retail partnerships.ResponsibilitiesRetail & Channel Marketing StrategyDevelop and execute retail and channel marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, product launches, retailer engagement, and sell-through.Create annual and seasonal marketing plans for national retail, specialty retail, green grass, wholesale, and distribution partners.Partner with Sales leadership to develop account-specific marketing initiatives and activation strategies for key retail partners.Analyze retail performance, channel trends, and marketing effectiveness to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.Enhance retail visibility, merchandising, product storytelling, and customer engagement across physical and digital retail environments.Retail Marketing & Go-to-Market ExecutionLead retail go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotions, and merchandising initiatives.Develop retailer-specific marketing programs, education, and activation plans that align with both partner objectives and Blue Tees business goals.Execute co-marketing campaigns, retail events, product demonstrations, trade shows, and in-store activations that strengthen brand presence and drive sell-through.Lead and manage our existing retail display app program, working cross-functionally to deliver an up-to-date, high quality experience that maximizes merchandising, app usage, kiosk uptime, product education, and product sell-through.Create retailer training materials and sales enablement resources that improve product knowledge and retail sales performance.Partner with Creative, Product, and Operations teams to deliver high-quality retail marketing assets, displays, signage, and production-ready materials.Digital Retail & MerchandisingOwn digital shelf strategy across retail partner websites, including product detail page (PDP) optimization, product content, imagery, video assets, ratings and reviews, and educational content.Ensure consistent, accurate, and compelling product presentation across retailer websites and digital marketplaces.Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Creative teams to improve product discoverability, customer engagement, and conversion across digital retail channels.Retail Partner CollaborationBuild and maintain strong relationships with retailer marketing, merchandising, and account teams.Serve as the primary marketing partner to the Sales organization for retail and wholesale marketing initiatives.Participate in retailer meetings, account reviews, trade shows, roadshows, and partner events.Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen retail partnerships and support long-term channel growth.Cross-Functional Leadership & ExecutionLead cross-functional retail marketing initiatives in partnership with Sales, Creative, Product, Operations, and GTM teams.Develop clear creative briefs, activation plans, project timelines, and marketing requirements that enable successful execution.Manage multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining exceptional organization, quality, attention to detail, and follow-through.Build scalable retail marketing processes, documentation, and playbooks that improve efficiency and support long-term channel growth.Continuously identify opportunities to improve retail marketing execution, cross-functional collaboration, and operational effectiveness.Qualifications / RequirementsRequiredDemonstrated success planning and executing retail marketing campaigns, product launches, activations, or merchandising initiatives.Strong understanding of retail, wholesale, distributor, and channel marketing environments.Excellent project management, organizational, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Proven ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Marketing, Creative, Product, and Operations teams.Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.Willingness to travel for retailer meetings, trade shows, roadshows, and other business needs.PreferredExperience developing retail merchandising programs, in-store marketing, co-op marketing, retail media, or shopper marketing initiatives.Familiarity with digital merchandising, PDP optimization, retailer content management, and digital shelf best practices.Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and InDesign) and Figma.Experience with retail analytics, attribution platforms, or ecommerce reporting tools.Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.4–7 years of progressive experience in Channel Marketing, Retail Marketing, Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, or a related marketing discipline.Experience supporting retail, wholesale, distributor, or channel partner relationships.Experience working with national retail partners such as Golf Galaxy, PGA TOUR Superstore, Dick's Sporting Goods, Best Buy, Scheels, Costco, or similar retailers.Experience within consumer electronics, sporting goods, golf, outdoor recreation, lifestyle, or
