Major ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Demand MarketingDevelop and implement strategic channel marketing plan to achieve revenue and growth targets.Support B2B lead generation initiatives across digital and owned channels to drive qualified opportunities for the sales teamPrioritize, build and execute effective marketing campaigns that generate leads and accelerate them through the funnelAllocate and manage paid media budgets to improve lead efficiency across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channelsLead website SEO initiatives to increase organic traffic and inbound lead volume, in partnership with internal or external resourcesSales Enablement & Content MarketingCreate, update, and manage marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, catalogs, and sales support materialsDrive the development of compelling marketing communications, collateral, presentations, and promotional materials to inform, educate, engage, and support channel partners.Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop content that supports the buyer journey, including customer case studies, targeted newsletters, social media content and sales driven messagingEnsure all content aligns with brand guidelines and supports technical credibility in C&I marketsProvide training and support to channel partners, ensuring a deep understanding of our marketing and sales programs.Brand Building & CommunicationsDevelop and maintain a cohesive and consistent brand narrative at the local and regional levelCommunicate product updates, launches, and promotional initiatives to internal stakeholders and external audiencesSupport local sponsorships / events / partnerships as neededEstablish and maintain strong relationships with key vendors including external agencies and creative vendor building plans, negotiating agreements, and optimizing mutual success.Measurement, Reporting & OptimizationAnalyze and report on the performance of channel marketing programs, communications, promotions, assets, and media presenting insights and recommendations to leadership.Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.Analyze performance by partner type, vertical market, or region to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunitiesContinuously test, learn, and refine tactics to improve efficiency and effectivenessMinimum Job RequirementsEducationBachelor’s Degree in marketing, business or related fieldWork ExperienceDemonstrated success in building local / regional marketing strategies and executing themKnowledge / Skills / AbilitiesExcellent execution skills with a passion to drive resultsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.Self-starter with an ability to handle a wide range of projects and work in a fast-paced collaborative environmentKnowledge of marketing automation and lead management toolsAbility to communicate insights effectively and drive decisionsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Preferred Job RequirementsEducationMBA preferred but not required Experience5 plus years proven experience in channel marketing and/or B2B marketingExpertise in digital marketingKnowledge / Skills / AbilitiesAbility anticipate challenges, proactively resolve issues while executing marketing projectsComfortable interacting frequently with a wide range of sales partners, driving for results when consistent follow-up is requiredAbility to collaborate closely with Enterprise Marketing team, craft professional briefs, and serve as a translator on more technical conceptsPhysical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls.
