About the RoleGlobalgig is a global leader in managed network, security, and communications solutions, serving enterprise clients across 190+ countries. We are looking for a Channel Marketing Manager to own our channel marketing motion end to end. This is a 100% channel-dedicated role: you will translate Globalgig's core marketing content into partner-ready assets, run our channel win story program, own the channel newsletter, manage partner events, and report monthly on channel marketing performance. You will work daily with Channel Directors and the VP of Marketing to ensure everything you build maps to real partner opportunities and active pipeline.Role Functions• Own the channel win story program: for every channel win, produce a detailed win wire (email and single slide, including client, solution, and total contract value) distributed to the master agent and sub-agent on the deal; an anonymized version with a deal-share graphic and gated contract value for the channel resource center and newsletter; and an entry in a running internal win story deck organized by year and month.• Submit a recommendation for each win on whether it warrants a full vendor-agnostic case study or use case, and support production where approved.• Translate core marketing and sales enablement content into partner-ready assets: solution briefs, objection handlers, conversation starters, and battlecard adaptations tailored to how TSDs, sub-agents, and VARs sell.• Own the co-brand wrapper program: editable PDF templates that allow partners to add their logo and a short introduction around Globalgig-controlled content, providing co-branded collateral while protecting brand integrity.• Own the channel newsletter (GigSync) end to end: editorial direction, content (product updates, event announcements, key content, recent channel wins), distribution, and performance.• Produce short-form (60 to 90 second) better-together video win stories using AI voiceover and stock footage, built from written win stories.• Write ready-to-use email snippets that Channel Directors can personalize and deploy to their partner contacts.• Manage channel and partner events across the US and UK end to end: logistics, content, coordination, lead capture, follow-up, data, and recording.• Deliver a monthly one-page channel marketing report covering newsletter performance, active enrolled contacts, TA counts by tier, tier movement, and engagement.• Maintain channel contact data hygiene in HubSpot, working with Marketing Intelligence on TA assignment, segmentation, and visibility.Skills and Qualifications• Proven B2B channel marketing experience, preferably in managed services, cybersecurity, networking, or SaaS, with hands-on delivery of partner enablement programs and field campaigns.• Working knowledge of indirect go-to-market motions and how TSDs, sub-agents, and VARs sell, including where marketing fits into partner-led deals.• Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to produce win stories, newsletter editorial, enablement assets, and partner emails to a consistent standard.• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot a plus), including list management and segmentation.• Proven event management experience with partners, coordinating and executing on time and within budget.• Analytical mindset with a focus on content utilization, engagement, and partner-sourced pipeline.• Collaborative and self-motivated, capable of managing multiple projects with minimal supervision.• Familiarity with enterprise connectivity solutions such as SD-WAN, SASE, and MNS is a plus. What We Offer• Competitive salary and benefits package.• Opportunity to work with a global leader in enterprise connectivity solutions.• A dynamic, fast-paced environment with growth and learning opportunities.• Collaborative culture with the freedom to innovate and make an impact. This role is ideal for a channel marketer who understands partners as businesses with their own P&L, and who wants to own a complete channel marketing engine, from win stories to enablement to events, with a direct line to revenue.
