The Clinical Marketing Manager is the storyteller who translates Woddle's clinical data into compelling materials that open doors, build credibility, and accelerate the sales cycle in NICUs and pediatric health systems across the country.ROLE OVERVIEWAs Clinical Marketing Manager, you will build and execute Woddle's clinical marketing function from the ground up. You will own conference strategy, clinical content, sales enablement materials, and KOL engagement — ensuring that every health system conversation starts from a position of credibility, evidence, and clear ROI. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of marketing, clinical affairs, and sales.WHAT YOU'LL DO• Conference & Event Strategy: Own Woddle's presence at major clinical conferences including AAP, PAS, HIMSS, and regional pediatric nursing events — from booth design to abstract submissions to speaking opportunities.• Clinical Content: Develop and maintain a library of clinical assets including case studies, white papers, clinical one-pagers, ROI calculators, and evidence summaries.• Sales Enablement: Partner with the VP of Clinical Sales to build materials that help sales executives win at every stage of the health system sales cycle.• KOL Engagement: Manage relationships with clinical Key Opinion Leaders — supporting co-authorship, conference speaking, and peer reference programs.• Digital & Earned Media: Develop clinical thought leadership content for LinkedIn, trade publications, and health system newsletters.• Brand Consistency: Ensure all clinical materials reflect Woddle's brand voice and visual standards.• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitive landscape, payer policy developments, and clinical research relevant to infant RPM and NICU care transitions.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR• Clinical Marketing Experience: Experience building and executing marketing programs for a medtech, RPM, or health system-facing company.• Content Expertise: Exceptional writing and editing skills — able to translate complex clinical data into clear, compelling narratives for physician and administrator audiences.• Conference Savvy: Hands-on experience planning and executing presence at clinical or healthcare conferences.• Sales Alignment: Strong instinct for sales enablement — you think about how every piece of content moves a deal forward.• Mission Alignment: Genuine enthusiasm for infant health and the opportunity to build something meaningful from scratch.SKILLS YOU'LL NEED• 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a clinical, medtech, or health system-facing role.• Demonstrated ability to develop clinical content and sales enablement materials.• Experience managing conference and event strategy.• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving startup.• Proficiency with marketing tools (HubSpot, Canva, or equivalent), CRM integration, and analytics.• Bachelor's degree required; clinical background or advanced degree in marketing/communications a plus.WORKING CONDITIONS• Remote-first with regular travel to conferences and Woddle HQ.• Eligible to work in one of the following states: AK, AL, AZ, CA, CO, DE, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, NH, NJ, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, or WY.• Expected travel: 20–30% for conferences and partner visits.COMPENSATION• $110,000–$140,000 base + performance bonuses.• Equity participation.• Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance; paid time off; and parental leave.WHAT YOU'LL GET• Opportunity to work in a dynamic, innovative environment at the intersection of infant health and AI.• Support for professional development and continuous learning.• A chance to make a significant impact in a company that values innovation and caring for children's wellbeing.• Equity participation in a high-growth, venture-backed company.Woddle Baby™ is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
