You will be responsible for shaping and delivering marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, product adoption, and market differentiation across an international portfolio. Working closely with sales, R&D, regulatory, and operations teams, you will translate complex scientific and technical products into compelling commercial narratives. The position requires a strong blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with ownership of product launches, campaigns, and performance tracking. You will also play a key role in aligning global stakeholders and ensuring consistency across markets. This is an opportunity to directly influence commercial success in a highly innovative diagnostics organization.AccountabilitiesResponsibilitiesYou will lead the development and execution of global product marketing strategies that support revenue growth, market expansion, and product lifecycle success. This includes close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and product development. Key responsibilities include:Developing and executing annual global marketing plans, including positioning, segmentation, messaging, and go-to-market strategiesDriving product marketing initiatives to increase awareness, demand, and adoption across target marketsLeading new product launches, including planning, coordination, forecasting, and commercial readiness activitiesConducting market, customer, and competitive analysis to inform positioning and strategic decision-makingTracking performance metrics, sales outcomes, and campaign effectiveness to optimize marketing strategiesCreating and overseeing promotional programs, campaigns, and sales enablement materials in partnership with communications teamsCollaborating with global and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment on commercial priorities and executionServing as a product expert for internal teams, customers, and commercial partnersSupporting pipeline development, KOL engagement, and strategic business development opportunitiesRequirementsThis role requires a strong blend of product marketing expertise, commercial acumen, and cross-functional leadership experience within a technical or life sciences environment. You should be comfortable translating complex scientific concepts into clear, market-ready messaging and driving execution across global teams.
