You lead through data - reading signals across channels, building forecasted growth cases, and making decisions that connect user-centric communication to measurable business outcomes. You don't create content; you build the systems, teams, and direction that make great content happen at scale.ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a team of managers and ICs across 7 content functions: Reputation, PR, Content Production, Content Ops/Localization, Newsletters, Campaigns, and LifecycleBuild and own the 1-year content strategy and quarterly goal framework with clear bottom-line impact (GMV, CR, trust metrics) across all functionsOwn the hiring, onboarding, and development of ICs and managers within each functionLead the team's AI/LLM adoption, set the pace and direction for automation of research, production, and distribution processesSet and run quarterly OKRs and 1:1s, career development conversations, and performance cycles for all direct reportsRepresent the content function in XFN planning with Marketing, Product, Growth, and Tech, translating business priorities into content strategy and vice versaOversee PR strategy across B2B, B2C, and Employer Branding channelsRequirements5+ years in content, marketing, or communications roles, with 3+ years managing multi-functional teams (managers and ICs)Proven track record as a direct line manager, running 1:1s, goal cycles, career conversations, performance evaluations, and hiringStartup mentality: high ownership, high pace, ability to push self and team toward challenging quarterly targetsData-driven decision-making, comfortable with CR, GMV, ROAS; able to research, forecast, and build business cases with measurable bottom-line impactExperience leading AI/LLM adoption or content/lifecycle automation initiatives at scaleStrong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication skillsFluent English (business language); Kaunas or Vilnius based, hybrid 1 day/week in Kaunas officeNice To HaveBackground in online reputation management (Reddit, Trustpilot, review platforms)PR or communications experience (B2B, B2C, or Employer Branding)Experience in gaming, digital marketplaces, or global consumer platformsExperience building or scaling newsletter, lifecycle, or campaign functionsWhat It’s Like To Work At EnebaOpportunity to join our Employee Stock Options program.Opportunity to help scale a unique product.Various bonus systems: performance-based, referral, additional paid leave, personal learning budget.Paid volunteering opportunities.Work location of your choice: office, remote, opportunity to work and travel.Personal and professional growth at an exponential rate supported by well-defined feedback and promotion processes.Please attach CV's in English.To find out about how we handle your personal data, make sure to check out our Candidate Privacy Notice https://www.eneba.com/candidate-privacy-notice
