You will own how marketing messages are translated into execution — from concept to performance — ensuring speed, clarity, and continuous optimization.This role is not about “making creatives.” It is about producing assets that convert, scale, and outperform competitors.RequirementsProven experience in performance marketing and creative productionStrong understanding of ad creative principles (clear message, strong hook, ICP focus)Ability to evaluate performance using metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and view rateExperience identifying customer pain points using ICP, buyer persona, or Jobs-to-be-Done frameworksAbility to move fast and iterate quickly based on dataEnglish advanced; Ukrainian/Russian is a plusAI-first mindset (using tools beyond basic ChatGPT for research, ideation, or production)What You’ll Be DoingTurn marketing hypotheses into testable ad creatives, fastProduce clear, focused messaging tailored to specific audience segmentsContinuously test, analyze, and optimize creatives based on performance dataIdentify why creatives win or fail and double down on what worksWork closely with marketing and related teams to align on strategy and executionEnsure each creative has a clear goal, audience, and measurable outcomeScale successful concepts and eliminate underperforming ones quicklyThis is not for you ifYou focus on aesthetics over performanceYou cannot explain why a creative works or failsYou rely on intuition instead of dataYou move slowly or over-polish instead of shipping and testingYou expect detailed instructions instead of taking ownershipWhat We Expect From You (First 3 Months)Month 1:Understand product, audience, and current creativesStart producing and testing creatives with clear hypothesesEstablish baseline performance metricsMonth 3 (the bar):Show clear improvement in creative performance (CTR, CPA, etc.)Consistently produce winning or scalable creativesDemonstrate fast iteration cycles and data-driven decisionsHow We Work With YouWe move fast, test constantly, and prioritize results over process.
