The Role

Fever is looking for a Creative Strategy Lead to join our dynamic Marketing & Growth team in Buenos Aires. In this role, you will lead the strategic vision for high-impact creative campaigns and brand projects across multiple global markets. By bridging the gap between deep audience insights and business goals, you will build scalable frameworks that drive performance-driven content execution. 

What you'll do

  • Act as the strategic lead on high-impact creative campaigns and brand projects across multiple markets. 
  • Own the end-to-end development of creative 360 strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
  • Translate strategic insights into high-performing briefs that inspire excellent multimedia production.  
  • Collaborate closely with design and video teams to turn ideas into polished, performance-driven assets.
  • Manage core internal and external stakeholder relationships, presenting and defending creative strategies.
  • Design and implement scalable methodologies and frameworks for systematic campaign planning.  
  • Lead creative ideation sessions, brainstorms, and strategic workshops with production partners.  
  • Evaluate campaign performance, turning analytics into actionable optimization learnings. 

 

Who you are

  • You bring 5+ years of experience in digital strategy, strategic planning, or brand strategy within an agency or fast-paced in-house environment.
  • Proven expertise in 360º campaign conceptualization, brief creation, and multi-platform digital execution.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of mentoring team members and driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with a passion for turning abstract data points into actionable insights and high-impact creative visions.
  • Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working within a high-demanding, fast-moving scale-up culture.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish with clear, compelling communication skills.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Buenos Aires
