Role OverviewYuwell Medical is seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Digital Marketing & Creative Specialist to join our European marketing team. As we strengthen our presence in the European market, this role will be pivotal in maintaining our brand’s visual identity and driving our digital strategy.This is a fully remote position that requires a high degree of autonomy, proactivity, and organizational rigor. You will serve as the engine for our creative content, web experience, and digital growth. Crucially, you will partner closely with the Marketing Manager, not only executing tasks but also actively contributing ideas, strategies, and best practices to help define our digital roadmap.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Design & Visual CommunicationCreate and manage high-quality visual assets, including social media content, digital flyers, and professional presentations, strictly adhering to Yuwell’s brand guidelines.Handle video editing for short-form content and digital platforms.Ensure brand consistency across all European marketing materials.Web Strategy & UX/UIOversee the maintenance and optimization of our digital web assets.Apply UX design principles to improve site architecture, user flow, and conversion rates.Proactively propose improvements to our web platforms to enhance user engagement and brand authority.Digital Marketing & SEO StrategyDevelop and implement SEO strategies to improve brand authority and organic search rankings.Manage Community Management initiatives, including social media calendar execution and engagement.Strategic Contribution: Analyze performance and market trends to recommend new initiatives, content ideas, and strategic pivots to the Marketing Manager.Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights for future campaigns.Strategic Collaboration & Remote WorkflowParticipate in long-term planning cycles (6-9 months) and contribute to the development of standardized marketing templates.Proactively manage your own project pipeline, demonstrating the ability to work independently in a remote environment without the need for constant supervision.RequirementsExperience: 3+ years in digital marketing, design, or a hybrid creative/strategic role.Design & Digital Proficiency: Advanced skills in industry-standard design, presentation, and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Gamma, CapCut, or similar). Familiarity with collaboration and storage platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Google Workspace).Digital Skills: Proven track record in SEO management, UX design fundamentals, and community management.Autonomy: Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively in a fully remote setup.Languages:English: Professional proficiency (Required).Spanish/French: Considered as a plus.Mindset: Structured, analytical, and highly organized.
