Apply nowOur client in the Food & Beverage industry is hiring Digital Marketing Director!About the RoleWe’re looking for an E-commerce Digital Marketing Director who can connect the dots across brand, performance, and retail. This is not a narrow paid media role, and it’s not a traditional brand marketing role either. You’ll sit at the intersection of digital and retail, responsible for making sure everything happening online ultimately supports growth where it matters most: in-store and across key retail partners.You’ll own how digital marketing drives awareness, consideration, and conversion across channels from paid media and DTC to Amazon and retail. The goal is simple: turn digital activity into real-world sales while continuing to scale e-commerce performance. This role is ideal for someone who understands that great marketing doesn’t live in silos and knows how to translate brand momentum into omnichannel growth. We’re also open to strong profiles from adjacent industries with DTC and retail experience, including beauty, skincare, supplements, and similar consumer brands.What You’ll OwnOmnichannel StrategyBuild and execute a cohesive digital strategy that supports retail, Amazon, and DTC growthAlign brand awareness, paid acquisition, and e-commerce efforts into one clear growth engineEnsure digital marketing efforts are driving measurable lift in retail performancePerformance & Paid MediaOversee paid media strategy across channels (Meta, Google, etc.)Manage agency partners while staying close enough to the work to guide performanceBalance short-term efficiency with long-term brand buildingE-commerce & ConversionOwn DTC performance, including site optimization and conversion rate improvementsIdentify opportunities to increase AOV, retention, and customer lifetime valuePartner with internal and external teams to improve the full customer journeyAmazon & Retail SupportSupport Amazon growth as a key revenue channelDevelop strategies that connect digital campaigns to in-store sell-throughCollaborate with retail teams to ensure marketing supports key launches and promotionsBrand & Creative AlignmentWork closely with creative and brand teams to ensure consistency across channelsProvide input on messaging, positioning, and campaign direction based on performance insightsWhat We’re Looking For5–7 years of experience in digital, e-commerce, or growth rolesBackground in consumer brands with both retail and DTC presenceExperience scaling DTC businesses into the $10–20M+ rangeStrong understanding of how digital marketing impacts retail salesExperience with TikTok growth and emerging acquisition channels preferredExperience managing agencies and cross-functional partnersComfortable operating across strategy and executionSenior enough to lead but still close enough to the work to drive results
