Ala Carte Entertainment is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in our corporate office located in Schaumburg. This position will work closely with the Marketing Director and marketing team to update and further develop Ala Carte’s portfolio of restaurants, bars and nightclubs’ existing digital marketing channels, including owned digital and web channels, while also implementing new go-to-market activities and initiatives, and opportunities associated with brand awareness, content creation, and paid advertising.The Digital Marketing Manager will balance a data-driven mindset with a collaborative and creative approach to planning, implementing, and reviewing the efforts to develop strategies in a seamless and integrated fashion. This position will play a significant role in driving our growth, external positioning, and success. A successful Digital Marketing Manager will leverage an always-on, test-and-learn approach to elevate the each brand’s digital presence and position each brand to be on the cutting-edge of executions that resonate with our customers. This position will help Ala Carte attract customers and expand our brand awareness for Moretti’s Ristorante and Pizzeria, Bella Napoli Woodfired Pizza, Finn McCool’s Irish Sports Pub, Chandler’s Chophouse, Famous Freddie’s Roadhouse, Snuggery River Roadhouse, Drink Night Club and our corporate Ala Carte Entertainment brand.This position is 100% in-office. Remote workers will not be considered.Responsibilities & Duties:Deliver omni-channel digital experiences that leverage consistent branding and key themes to execute effective go-to-market campaigns and brand awareness initiatives.Develop relative content calendars (social, digital ads, etc.) in support of each our of brand’s needs.Demonstrate strong leadership, prioritization, and communication skills to deliver exceptional results on-time and within budget.Manage the company’s social media accounts including managing content and posting to ensure each brand’s needs are supported and executed.Manage KPI reporting of digital metrics across all channels.Explore and adopt new channels, methods, and platforms to optimize marketing communications and improve customer journeys.Develop a deep understanding of audience segments and behaviors by performing research and analysis to keep up to date on each brand’s target markets.Working alongside the Marketing Director to identify marketing strategies based on brand and practice opportunities outlined by leadership.Job Requirements:Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject or the equivalent combination of education and experience.4+ years in digital marketing role with demonstrated success in managing digital and social campaigns.Expert in digital ad platforms such as Google Ads, Meta for Business, AdRoll, Vibe, etc.Expert in digital and social media platforms and technology, including audience segmentation, content management platforms (Hootsuite, Metricool), etc.Adobe Creative Suite experience in editing photos and videos (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign).Experience filming content in various fields, both photo and video for content use.Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail.Excellent oral and written communication skills with a passion for engaging and mentoring others.Ability to excel in a team-oriented, detail-oriented, collaborative, and fast-paced environment and think creatively and independently.
