Digital Marketing ManagerAbout the Opportunity:A growing B2B manufacturing company in Jacksonville is hiring a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to own and build its digital marketing programs. This is a newly created role for someone who enjoys execution, improvement, and accountability across website, SEO, email marketing, social media, marketing automation, content, analytics, and campaign performance.This is not a people-management-only role. The right person will be a mature, corporate digital marketing professional who can both think strategically and personally execute the work.What You Will Do:Own and improve the company’s digital marketing ecosystem across website, email, social media, SEO, e-commerce, and campaign channels.Manage website content, landing pages, updates, optimization, and brand consistency through WordPress or a similar CMS.Lead SEO initiatives including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical improvements, and performance monitoring.Manage email marketing and automation campaigns through HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform.Build audience segmentation, nurture campaigns, workflows, and campaign performance reporting.Develop and manage social media content planning, scheduling, engagement, and reporting.Track website traffic, lead generation, email performance, SEO results, social engagement, and other digital marketing metrics.Create dashboards and reporting that support data-driven marketing decisions.Partner with marketing, sales, and subject matter experts to create digital content and campaigns.Help build and improve a scalable digital marketing function in a lean, growing business environment.Required Qualifications:Ability to work 100% on-site, 5 days per week in Jacksonville, FL.Reliable daily commute to the Jacksonville office.Hands-on digital marketing execution experience, including direct ownership of digital campaigns, website content, email, SEO, social media, analytics, or related channels.Comfortable operating as an individual contributor without a team underneath you.Preferred Qualifications:5+ years of B2B digital marketing, demand generation, product marketing, content marketing, or related experience.Corporate or in-house marketing experience strongly preferred.WordPress or similar CMS experience.SEO experience including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and performance analysis.Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar digital reporting experience.HubSpot experience strongly preferred.Experience with comparable marketing automation or email platforms may be considered.Experience building landing pages, email campaigns, workflows, lead nurturing, and campaign reporting.Social media management experience using Hootsuite or comparable tools.Experience creating and editing content for web, email, social, and campaign channels.Manufacturing, industrial, wholesale, technical product, distributor, OEM, or relatable B2B industry experience highly preferred.Experience in a lean, small-company, or growth-oriented environment where you personally owned execution.Compensation and Work Model:Base salary: $75,000 to $85,000Target range: Around $80,000 baseBonus: 6% bonus opportunityWork model: 100% on-site, 5 days per weekLocation: Jacksonville, FLTravel: Less than 5%How to Apply:Interested candidates should apply with an updated resume highlighting hands-on digital marketing ownership, WordPress or CMS experience, SEO, analytics, HubSpot or marketing automation, email campaigns, social media, and B2B marketing experience.
