You’ll be working across multiple high-visibility initiatives, including:Driving end-to-end campaign execution including planning, tracking, and optimizationManaging campaign operations such as campaign code creation, tracking, and reportingSupporting paid media strategy and execution alongside digital activationsExecuting email marketing campaigns and nurture strategies aligned with sales goalsPartnering with sales (SDR/BDR teams) to ensure strong lead flow and follow-up strategySupporting field marketing initiatives including webinars, events, and content deliveryManaging campaign plans for Public Sector and Canadian Government business segmentsCoordinating with external vendors to execute digital programs and event deliverablesCreating and managing content assets like one-pagers, case studies, and event materialsSupporting event execution including logistics, collateral, and vendor coordinationBuilding targeted audience lists for campaigns and aligning with campaign calendarsTracking campaign performance and presenting insights to stakeholdersWhat a Typical Day Looks LikeCollaborating with field marketing and sales teams to execute quarterly campaignsLaunching and tracking multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, events)Pulling campaign data and translating it into actionable insightsCoordinating event logistics or supporting on-the-ground execution (virtually)Managing multiple campaign timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders simultaneouslyMust-Have SkillsCampaign managementContent developmentEvent managementProject managementExperience working with marketing tools and internal processesStrong writing and communication skillsNice-to-Have SkillsExperience with Public Sector marketingFamiliarity with Salesforce CRM and marketing toolsData visualization or analytics tools (e.g., dashboards, reporting platforms)Sales engagement exposureWhat Makes You a Fit5+ years of experience in a fast-paced marketing environmentStrong ability to execute without needing constant directionHighly organized and detail-orientedComfortable managing multiple priorities under tight deadlinesAbility to simplify complex ideas into clear, impactful messagingStrong collaboration skills with both marketing and sales teams
