Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Byron, GACompensation: $80,000–$100,000A growing consumer-products company is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to own the technology behind its marketing. This role is ideal for someone who can move comfortably between website management, Google Ads, SEO, CRM/marketing automation, email campaigns, analytics, lead flow, and digital content—and who enjoys troubleshooting issues rather than passing them off.What You’ll Do Own the back end and day-to-day operation of the company website Manage landing pages, forms, plug-ins, integrations, tracking, and website functionality Manage approximately $12,000/month in Google Ads spend and optimize campaigns for lead quality and ROI Lead SEO efforts to improve organic traffic, rankings, and qualified lead generation Support CRM and marketing automation, including workflows, forms, lead routing, email campaigns, and integrations Monitor website traffic, lead flow, conversions, and campaign performance and quickly troubleshoot problems Partner with Sales to ensure leads are captured, distributed, tracked, and followed up correctly Create digital graphics and content for email, social media, advertising, and promotionsWhat We’re Looking For Strong technical/computer skills with hands-on digital marketing experience Experience managing the back end of a business website; WordPress or similar platform experience Hands-on Google Ads/PPC and SEO experience CRM and marketing automation experience; Infusionsoft/Keap is a plus Experience with email marketing, forms, integrations, analytics, and lead-generation systems Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, or similar tools Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design experience preferred Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive, results-focused approachCompensation $80,000–$100,000 base salary Health, dental, and vision benefits,
