We are committed to delivering reliable service and exceptional customer support, ensuring that our customers stay connected and satisfied.As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our digital marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for our fiber internet services. Reporting to the Senior Director of Consumer Marketing, you will lead acquisition-focused email and SMS marketing programs, oversee paid and organic digital advertising, own our SEO and AIO optimization strategy, and manage digital reseller and affiliate marketing programs. Your expertise in HubSpot, tag management, data analysis, and emerging digital marketing trends will be essential in achieving our business objectives. You will work collaboratively across marketing, sales, IT, and agency partners to ensure a cohesive, high-performing digital marketing program.Responsibilities Email & SMS Marketing: Lead acquisition-focused email and SMS marketing programs, including the development and management of customer acquisition journeys and lifecycle campaigns within HubSpot. Build and manage campaign workflows in HubSpot, including audience segmentation, journey design, automated nurture sequences, and performance analysis. Oversee content creation and campaign planning to ensure messaging aligns with acquisition goals and brand standards. Digital Advertising: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance the visibility of our fiber internet services, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition. Oversee and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across display, social media, and programmatic. Provide recommendations to the creative and web teams for improving digital advertising conversion rates through A/B and multivariate testing of ad creative and optimization of landing pages. SEO & AIO Optimization: Lead Fidium’s SEO and AI-driven optimization (AIO) strategy, setting direction and ensuring best-in-class execution across organic search and AI-powered discovery channels. Work closely with agency partners and the internal web team to develop and implement a best-in-class SEO and AIO strategy, including on-page optimization, technical SEO, and content strategy. Monitor emerging trends in AI-driven search and optimize Fidium’s presence across both traditional and AI-powered search environments. Performance Measurement & Optimization: Own tag management and measurement infrastructure, including Google Tag Manager implementation, Google Analytics configuration, and ensuring accurate tracking across all digital channels. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reports to stakeholders, outlining campaign results, insights, and recommendations for improvement. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and industry best practices. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements, emerging digital marketing tools, bidding strategies, and technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge. Reseller & Affiliate Marketing: Collaborate with the Director of Indirect Channel Sales to align digital marketing efforts with company reseller contracts, relationships, and other initiatives. Help onboard and manage digital reseller campaigns and support affiliate marketing programs, ensuring effective execution, monitoring performance, and driving maximum ROI. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team and other campaign managers to ensure consistent brand messaging and integrated marketing campaigns across all digital channels. Partner regularly with IT on technical solutions specific to the marketing technology stack, including the implementation of new martech tools and integrations that support digital marketing initiatives. Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations governing digital marketing practices and ensure compliance in all activities. Qualifications Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including building and managing acquisition campaign journeys, marketing workflows, audience segmentation, and automated nurture programs. Proven work experience across SEO and search engine marketing (SEM), with a strong understanding of both traditional and AI-driven (AIO) optimization techniques. Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, including tag implementation, reporting configuration, and performance measurement across digital channels. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing principles, strategies, and best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, display advertising, programmatic advertising, email marketing, and SMS marketing. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative strategies and overcome marketing challenges. Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented, with a strong passion for digital marketing and a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes. Four-year degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. A relevant master’s degree is a plus. In addition, 8–10 years of experience.
