As we continue to expand, we are looking for a creative, motivated, and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will take ownership of key lead generation and brand awareness initiatives, helping drive growth through digital marketing, content creation, social media, paid advertising, email campaigns, and local community engagement. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to execute marketing strategies that generate leads, strengthen our brand, and support business objectives across multiple markets.The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, creative, and analytical, with a passion for developing marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results. This position is based in Clive, Iowa, and occasional travel may be required. A strong understanding of the Iowa market, local consumer behavior, and regional marketing opportunities is highly preferred. At Miller Pest Solutions, we offer medical, dental, vision, and voluntary life insurance, paid vacation, sick time, and holidays, along with opportunities for career growth, professional development, and the chance to be part of a collaborative team that values innovation and results.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including website, Google Ads, social media, email marketing, direct mail, print advertising, and local sponsorships.Create engaging content for websites, blogs, landing pages, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.Develop local SEO, and GEO-focused content strategies to improve search visibility, website traffic, and lead generation.Manage and grow company social media channels by creating content, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries as appropriate.Design marketing materials using Canva or similar design platforms.Create, edit, and publish video content for YouTube, social media, and other digital channels.Manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword strategy, budgeting, bidding, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and performance optimization.Monitor key marketing metrics including lead volume, conversion rates, cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and campaign ROI.Conduct A/B testing on advertisements, landing pages, email campaigns, and website content to continuously improve performance.Maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with SEO best practices.Update and maintain Google Business profiles.Coordinate local marketing initiatives, community partnerships, sponsorships, events, and branch-level marketing activities.Support the development and organization of print collateral, promotional materials, sales enablement resources, and recruiting marketing materials.Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations and monthly reports to senior leadership.Collaborate with branch managers, sales leaders, human resources, and operational teams to support business goals and local market initiatives.Research industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging marketing opportunities to identify areas for growth and innovation.Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.Assist with marketing automation, CRM management, lead tracking, and campaign reporting as needed.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Marketing Technology, Business, or a related field preferred.2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing communications, content marketing, or a related role.Experience managing lead generation and optimizing sales funnels.Experience with WordPress, HubSpot, or similar content management and marketing automation platforms.Working knowledge of SEO, local SEO, and content marketing.Basic understanding of HTML, website management, and Adobe Photoshop or similar design software.Experience creating and managing social media advertising campaigns, including Facebook and Instagram Ads.Strong content creation and copywriting skills. Writing/Social Media samples are required for consideration.Ability to interpret marketing data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.Strong organizational, project management, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and marketing analytics tools.Experience in the pest control industry, home services, or another route-based service industry is a plus.
