***4 Days/Week ONSITE in Bucks County PA****Automotive industry experience is required*Robert Half's client is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager (B2C retail) to lead digital strategy, performance marketing, and customer acquisition initiatives across its network. This role will oversee website optimization, paid search, paid social, digital retailing programs, agency partnerships, and a multi-million-dollar advertising budget while driving measurable business growth.Key Responsibilities:Lead digital marketing strategy and execution across website, paid search, paid social, and third-party platforms.Manage and optimize a $4M–$5M annual advertising budget.Analyze campaign performance and marketing analytics to improve ROI and lead generation.Oversee agency and vendor relationships, ensuring accountability and results.Enhance website performance, conversion rates, and the customer journey.Lead and mentor two direct reports.Qualifications:5+ years of digital/performance marketing experience.Automotive retail marketing experience required.Strong background in marketing analytics, lead generation, and conversion optimization.Experience managing agencies, vendors, and marketing budgets.Prior leadership or team management experience.Bachelor's degree required.
