Digital Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who is equally comfortable shaping strategy and rolling up their sleeves to execute. You’ll work closely across the organization, connect teams and turn plans into real, measurable results through hands-on delivery.What you’ll be doing:Take ownership of our existing digital marketing strategy and keep improving it based on performance and business needs;Plan and run digital campaigns that support customer acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness;Work closely with Sales and other teams to make sure initiatives are aligned and delivered smoothly;Track performance, analyze results and adjust campaigns to improve outcomes;Manage ongoing marketing activities, timelines and budgets;Spot opportunities for growth and suggest new ideas where it makes sense;Lead and develop the marketing team, ensuring clear priorities, strong execution and effective collaboration across the organization;Stay close to execution—this is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in day-to-day campaign work, not just planning.Events & ConferencesYou’ll also be involved in how we show up at industry events. This includes planning, coordination, promotional support and follow-up. You’ll work with Sales and Leadership to make sure we get the most out of every event and present a consistent message.Requirements3+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager with a strong focus on digital marketing, preferably in fintech, financial services, banking or SaaS;Previous experience leading a marketing team or mentoring team members;Strong English communication skills, written and spoken;Comfortable working with different stakeholders and aligning people around shared goals.Company offersStable employment on the basis of a full-time job contract;Friendly and supportive atmosphere among colleagues;Net salary: 2500 -3500 EUR.Please send your CV in English!Only selected candidates will be informed.
