Schneider Electric is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to drive the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of our digital marketing programs across the US market. This role is responsible for leveraging a mix of digital channels to deliver measurable business outcomes, while working in close partnership with business units and agency partners. This role is open to candidates based in Raleigh, NC or Nashville, TN.The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic thinking and “hands-on-keyboard” experience; someone who can interpret performance data, make informed decisions quickly and translate insights into impactful marketing actions. This individual will play a key role in expanding digital reach, strengthening brand visibility and accelerating pipeline generation.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and deliver digital marketing plans that directly support business priorities and revenue growth targets Orchestrate multi-channel marketing initiatives across paid media, search, email, virtual events and other digital platforms to maximize reach and engagement Build and execute audience-centric campaigns designed to guide prospects from initial awareness through conversion Oversee day-to-day management of paid and non-paid media across digital platforms and marketing automation tools, ensuring strong performance against efficiency and pipeline goals Introduce structured testing (e.g. A/B testing, audience segmentation, creative optimization, etc.) to continuously improve campaign effectiveness Monitor and evaluate performance using analytics tools and dashboards; synthesize findings into clear recommendations that shape future targeting, messaging and investment decisions Proactively uncover performance trends, identify areas for improvement and adjust strategy and channel-mix based on data and evolving market conditions Partner closely with the Digital Customer Experience (DCE) team to continuously adapt digital strategies in response to the evolving impact and emerging opportunities of GEO, ensuring programs remain effective, relevant, and aligned to business goals Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Program Managers and business stakeholders, as well as agency partners, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with commercial objectives Serve as a strategic partner to stakeholders, helping them effectively leverage digital channels to support customer engagement and business development Bring the Schneider Electric brand to life through engaging digital experiences and content that reinforces thought leadership and resonates with target audiences Stay informed on emerging digital approaches, tools and AI-driven capabilities, applying new ideas to improve marketing effectiveness Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing, ideally within a B2B environment Demonstrated success running integrated campaigns across paid media, email, and social channels Hands-on experience with key marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Cvent or similar tools Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and take action to improve results Familiarity with testing methodologies, audience segmentation, and conversion rate optimization techniques Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment Looking to make an IMPACT with your career?When you are thinking about joining a new team, culture matters.
