AI-Enabled Growth & Digital Operations LeadSTRAAM Group — NYC / HybridSTRAAM Group is an infrastructure intelligence company developing advanced structural risk measurement and monitoring technology for buildings, bridges, and critical infrastructure.Our proprietary platform combines wireless sensing, nonlinear modal analysis, cloud analytics, and AI-enabled workflows to help engineering firms, property owners, governments, and insurers better understand structural behavior and risk.We are seeking a highly capable, digitally native operator to help build STRAAM’s next phase of growth.This is not a traditional marketing role.The ideal candidate is equally comfortable:building outbound systems,deploying AI tools,coordinating technical content,improving digital presence,supporting investor and sales initiatives,and helping create scalable commercial infrastructure.Responsibilities include:Oversee website redevelopment and digital presenceBuild AI-assisted outbound and CRM systemsDevelop targeted outreach campaigns to engineering firms and infrastructure stakeholdersCoordinate technical white papers, case studies, and webinarsImplement marketing automation and lead-generation workflowsSupport investor materials and presentationsManage LinkedIn and professional digital communicationsHelp organize CRM, analytics, and sales reporting systemsWork directly with senior leadership on strategic initiativesIdeal Candidate:2–6 years experience in B2B SaaS, industrial tech, AI tooling, infrastructure technology, proptech, or related fieldsStrong familiarity with AI-assisted workflows and automation toolsExcellent written and verbal communicationHighly organized and self-directedComfortable operating in an early-stage, entrepreneurial environmentAbility to synthesize technical concepts into clear business messagingThis role offers unusually broad exposure to:infrastructure technologyAI-enabled commercial systemsengineering innovationstartup growth strategyinvestor-facing operationsCompensation:Competitive salary plus potential for meaningful equity participation.Contact: Thomas Winant, Founder/CEO, The STRAAM Group [email protected]
