We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join the team of our client - a unique electronic music and arts festival featuring world-class DJs, spectacular visual productions, immersive experiences, and high-energy events.This is a full-time, on-site position based in Limassol.As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in building and developing the company's digital marketing function. You'll be responsible for driving digital strategy, managing external partners, improving customer acquisition and retention, and implementing new digital initiatives to support business growth.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the digital marketing strategy for the festival and other events.Coordinate external agencies and vendors across performance marketing, SEO, website development, CRM, and email/SMS marketing.Analyze the performance of digital channels, advertising campaigns, customer journeys, and conversion funnels.Develop CRM marketing initiatives, customer segmentation, and automated communication flows.Oversee the development and optimization of the website, SEO performance, and other digital platforms.Identify and implement new digital marketing tools and technologies to increase ticket sales and customer retention.Prepare analytical reports, insights, and recommendations to continuously improve digital performance.Collaborate closely with the internal marketing team to successfully deliver digital campaigns and projects.Requirements:3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.Strong understanding of performance marketing and digital acquisition channels.Hands-on experience with web analytics and campaign performance analysis.Experience managing multiple digital marketing channels simultaneously.Experience coordinating and managing external agencies and contractors.Experience with CRM, email marketing, and SMS marketing is a strong advantage.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Economics, Advertising, Management, or a related field.Required Skills & ToolsGoogle Analytics 4 (GA4)Google AdsMeta AdsGoogle Tag Manager (GTM)Google Search ConsoleGoogle Looker StudioExcel / Google SheetsEnglish (professional working proficiency)Fluent RussianConditions:Salary based on interview resultsFree corporate mealsPaid vacation4 additional days offCorporate events
