With a growing e-commerce platform, a showroom, and a strong marketplace presence, Burkett’s marketing function is central to driving awareness, traffic, and revenue across all channels.We are looking for a hands-on, data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute Burkett’s digital marketing strategy. This is an ownership role — you will be the primary driver of performance across our website, content, e-commerce, paid media, email/CRM, and SEO channels. The ideal candidate brings both strategic thinking and executional depth, working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to grow traffic, engagement, and online revenue.Position Title: Digital Marketing Manager Reports To: Vice President of Marketing Scheduled Hours: Mon-Fri / 8:00am-5:00pm FLSA Status: Salary Working Arrangement: Primarily OnsiteKey ResponsibilitiesOwn the health, performance, and growth of burkett.com as our primary digital storefront.Lead SEO strategy and executions like keyword research, site audits, rank tracking, and on-page recommendations with a focus on driving qualified organic trafficChampion UX improvements through heatmap analysis, session recordings, and funnel data — identifying friction and testing solutions to improve the customer journeyLead conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts to increase add-to-cart rates, checkout completion, and overall site revenueManage all content that represents Burkett across digital channels, from what lives on our website to what we publish on social and send via email. Maintain a content calendar that aligns website updates, campaigns, seasonal promotions, and product launches across all channelsDevelop original content for key channels: website copy, blog articles, email campaigns, social media posts, and promotional materials adapting tone and format for each platformOversee Burkett’s social media presence across primary and secondary platforms; managing the publishing calendar and grow audience engagementProven experience collaborating across departments and managing stakeholdersDrive direct revenue through owned and paid channels building lifecycle programs that retain customers and paid campaigns that efficiently acquire new ones.Build, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns and paid social; monitor spend, ROAS, and conversion metricsAnalyze campaign and flow performance regularly; present actionable insights and optimization recommendations to leadershipOwn marketing analytics, pulling data from multiple channels & sources into a unified dashboards and reportsDefine and track KPIs across all focus areas; deliver regular performance updates to leadership with context and recommended next stepsIdentify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities through ongoing analysis; use insights to continuously refine the optimization roadmapStay current on industry trends, platform algorithm updates, and emerging tools — bringing relevant recommendations to the team proactivelyRequirements5-7+ years of digital marketing experience, with a proven track record managing multi-channel programsSupportive leadership style grounded in emotional intelligence, trust, and accountability, with the ability to balance high performance standards and organizational goalsStrong content creation, management and delivery abilities across key channels.Hands-on experience with email/CRM platforms; Klaviyo experience strongly preferredProficiency with Google Analytics / GA4 and comfort turning data into decisionsExperience managing paid search and/or paid social campaignsStrong writing skills with the ability to produce content across multiple formats and channelsExcellent communication skills; ability to present clearly and concisely to leadershipHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslySelf-starter who can own initiatives end-to-end with minimal oversightPreferred QualificationsExperience in e-commerce, retail, or B2B/B2C product marketingBackground in the foodservice, restaurant, or hospitality supply industryFamiliarity with Shopify and marketplace channels (Amazon, eBay, or similar)Google Ads or Google Analytics certificationHands-on experience with CRO and A/B testing tools (e.g. VWO, Optimizely, or similar)Experience with content calendar or project management tools (e.g. Asana, Trello, CoSchedule)BenefitsWhy Burkett Restaurant Equipment and Supplies?Join a growing company with a strong reputation in the restaurant equipment industry.A collaborative, energetic team environment with direct access to leadershipThe opportunity to make a measurable impact at a growing, nationally recognized brandFlexible hybrid work arrangement allowing for 1 day/week offsite after initial onboarding period (6 months), Opportunity for growth and leadership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Competitive salary commensurate with experienceCompetitive benefits package.The Company offers options for Health, Dental, Vision, Short & Long Term Disability, Life, Paid Time Off & Holidays and a 401(k) retirement program after a 90 day waiting period.
