You will own demand generation, lead acquisition, content strategy, and brand positioning across multiple channels while driving measurable pipeline impact. Acting as a strategic partner to Sales and Account Management leadership, you will help align marketing initiatives with revenue goals and customer growth. This role combines hands-on execution with executive-level strategy, requiring both analytical rigor and creative vision. You will lead a multidisciplinary marketing team spanning content, campaigns, events, and communications. This is an opportunity to shape market presence and influence growth across complex B2B and government-facing markets.AccountabilitiesIn this role, you will define and execute the overall marketing strategy, ensuring alignment across sales, product, and leadership teams to drive pipeline growth and revenue impact. You will oversee demand generation programs, brand positioning, content development, and market engagement initiatives across multiple channels. You will also lead a high-performing marketing team while managing budget allocation, performance tracking, and continuous optimization of campaigns and initiatives.Own and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy aligned with revenue and pipeline objectivesLead demand generation, lead nurturing, and MQL-focused programs to support sales growthPartner closely with Sales and Account Management to align go-to-market priorities and executionOversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, events, conferences, and PRDevelop thought leadership and executive visibility initiatives to strengthen market presenceManage marketing budgets, ensuring ROI-driven allocation of resources and investmentsBuild, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing team across multiple functional areasAnalyze campaign performance and apply data-driven insights to improve effectiveness and outcomesRequirementsThe ideal candidate brings a strong background in B2B SaaS marketing with proven leadership experience and the ability to translate strategy into execution. You are both analytical and creative, capable of managing complex marketing programs while influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
