Backed by leading investors, the team fosters a founder-like culture where bold decisions and meaningful outcomes are prioritized.Role OverviewWith a new global USD product and Series A funding secured, the organization is ready to build a world-class revenue engine. This is not a role for someone optimizing an existing playbook or seeking a management track. Instead, the Director of Growth Marketing will design, build, and permanently own an AI-native outbound engine — a system that scales pipeline generation through intelligence, not headcount.This senior individual contributor role reports directly to the Chief Business Officer and has significant influence over go-to-market strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Engine Ownership: Design and build the outbound engine from zero and own it permanently as a senior IC AI-Native Workflows: Build agentic workflows that scale pipeline generation without scaling headcount Execution: Operate enrichment and AI-personalized outreach across email and LinkedIn Signal Intelligence: Develop trigger workflows (YC launches, competitor hiring, funding rounds, treasury signals) ICP & Targeting: Define and refine ICP across target segments (Series A/B fintechs, embedded finance platforms, regional banks) GTM Partnership: Collaborate with leadership on messaging, positioning, and launch campaigns tied to the USD API Pipeline Ownership: Own pipeline metrics end-to-end (outreach volume, reply rates, meetings booked, pipeline generated) Qualifications5–10 years in B2B GTM, revenue operations, or growth with a track record of building outbound from scratch at a high-growth tech company Clay Expertise (Hard Requirement): Hands-on power user with experience building enrichment waterfalls, AI-personalized sequences, and trigger-based workflows Tool Stack Expertise: Fluency in modern outbound tools (Clay, Smartlead/Instantly, Apollo/ZoomInfo, HubSpot/Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) AI-First Mindset (Hard Requirement): Strong orientation toward using AI for writing, enrichment, personalization, and optimization Background in fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure strongly preferred Exceptional written communication skills for outbound copy that drives replies Analytical, systems-oriented thinker with a workflow-driven approach Thrives as a senior IC with full domain ownership Compensation & PackageBase salary: $120K – $150K Performance-based outcomes tied to pipeline generation Skills: revenue operations,growth marketing,b2b gtm
