From deep sleep support to rapid hydration and immunity formulas, our powdered supplements deliver nutrients directly into the body with results you can actually feel.Role OverviewAs the Director of Influencer Marketing and Affiliates, you will own the end-to-end performance, expansion, and management of our brand advocacy channels. You will lead our overall partnership strategy across affiliates, influencers, key opinion leaders, and creator communities, transforming brand advocacy into a highly scalable, ROI-driven revenue engine. Working cross-functionally with our creative, marketing, and operations teams, you will establish high-impact relationships, lead structured negotiation and contracting, and maintain a rigorous, analytical approach to channel performance and budget optimization.What You’ll DoAffiliate Strategy: Scale our performance-based affiliate network by developing publisher relationships, optimizing tracking structures, and identifying new high-conversion partnership segments.Influencer Management: Manage the full-cycle influencer marketing pipeline from initial prospecting and outreach to relationship nurturing and creative briefing.Contract Negotiation: Structure, negotiate, and execute commercial agreements, commission rates, and retainer terms that protect business margins while incentivizing long-term partner performance.Performance Tracking: Analyze critical full-funnel metrics including click-through rates, acquisition costs, customer lifetime value, and return on ad spend to maximize campaign efficiency.Product Seeding: Design and execute scalable seeding strategies to build organic brand love, drive user-generated content, and secure strategic product placements with key tastemakers.Tech Optimization: Maintain and optimize our partnership technology stack to ensure accurate attribution, streamlined partner communications, and seamless reward distributions.Who You Are3-5+ years of e-commerce or DTC experience managing affiliate marketing and influencer partnerships, with a strong preference for candidates in the premium health, wellness, or CPG space.Proven ability to negotiate terms, structure complex contracts, and build long-term relationships with top-tier creators, agents, and performance networks.Deep understanding of affiliate platforms, attribution tools, and performance-based marketing software.Strong analytical background with the ability to interpret data insights and turn them into actionable optimization strategies for customer acquisition.Excellent project management capabilities, comfortable coordinating asset creation, multi-platform campaigns, and high-volume creator communications.Collaborative and growth-oriented, with a performance-first mindset and a passion for redefining wellness.
