Our client is seeking a Director, Influencer Marketing & PR to lead and evolve a next-generation creator and earned media strategy for a consumer lifestyle brand. This role will own the vision, strategy, and execution across influencer marketing and public relations, with a strong focus on building culturally relevant campaigns, driving brand desirability, and scaling creator advocacy programs.Location: 100% Remote Salary Range: $130-155KType: Full-Time, SalariedThis is an opportunity for a strategic and hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and is excited to build and optimize programs that drive both brand equity and measurable business impact.What You’ll Do:Influencer Marketing StrategyDevelop and lead the long-term influencer marketing vision and roadmapBuild scalable, tiered creator programs that foster authentic brand advocacy and community engagementLead influencer campaign strategy from concept through execution and performance analysisIdentify emerging creator, platform, and cultural trends to inform future marketing opportunitiesManage influencer agency relationships and oversee creator negotiations, contracts, compliance, and usage rightsDrive integrated creator partnerships that support larger marketing and brand initiativesPR & Brand CommunicationsDevelop and execute proactive PR and earned media strategies that strengthen overall brand perception and awarenessBuild compelling brand narratives and storytelling opportunities across lifestyle, culture, and consumer mediaPartner with agency teams to drive media placements, creator events, activations, and brand momentsOversee ongoing media relations efforts and help position the brand as a leader within its categoryTrack and analyze earned media impact, share of voice, sentiment, and overall PR effectivenessData, Measurement & OptimizationBuild and maintain reporting frameworks to measure influencer and PR performance, including EMV, engagement, and brand health metricsUse performance data to optimize creator selection, campaign strategy, and investment allocationEstablish scalable workflows, operational processes, and test-and-learn methodologies to improve program effectiveness over timeLeadership & Cross-Functional CollaborationServe as the internal subject matter expert on influencer marketing, creator culture, and earned media trendsManage and mentor internal team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culturePartner closely with integrated marketing, creative, product, social, retail, and leadership teams to ensure alignment across campaigns and launchesPresent strategic recommendations, performance insights, and investment opportunities to senior leadershipQualifications10+ years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, integrated communications, or brand marketingStrong brand-side and/or agency experience leading large-scale influencer and earned media programsProven success building creator strategies that drive engagement, brand affinity, and measurable business outcomesDeep understanding of creator marketing trends, social platforms, and evolving consumer behaviorsExperience managing influencer and PR agency relationships at a strategic levelStrong analytical mindset with experience using data to optimize campaigns and justify investment decisionsHands-on experience with influencer marketing platforms such as CreatorIQ; familiarity with Tribe Dynamics or similar tools preferredExceptional communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skillsAbility to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving, and entrepreneurial environments
