We all win together.What We’ll NeedWork closely with Operations leadership and Brand Partners to develop and execute regional strategies that drive comp growth, traffic, and brand affinityOwn and deliver annual regional marketing plans, including strategies, tactics, and resource allocation to address business challenges and unlock growthLead in-market execution of national campaigns, ensuring relevance, consistency, and strong performance across your regionDevelop and execute high-impact local activations, partnerships, and cultural moments that increase brand awareness and engagementAct as a strategic advisor to franchisees, influencing marketing strategy, investment decisions, and long-term growth plansIdentify and address underperforming markets, partnering with Operations to implement recovery plans and improve resultsLeverage data, analytics, and insights to inform decisions, optimize performance, and provide actionable recommendationsCollaborate with Media, Digital, and Insights teams to ensure marketing initiatives are market-informed and performance-drivenInfluence media planning and allocation to maximize regional impact and return on investmentPrepare and deliver regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to Marketing, Operations, and franchise stakeholdersIdentify and activate local partnerships, sponsorships, and influencer opportunities that strengthen cultural relevanceProactively introduce new ideas, test-and-learn initiatives, and scalable solutions to drive continuous improvementEnsure all initiatives support strong Brand Partner relationships and in-store executionWhat You’ll NeedBS/BA in Marketing or related field7+ years of experience in Marketing or Field MarketingQSR, retail, or franchise experience strongly preferredStrong experience in local marketing, media, and activation strategyProven ability to drive business results at a regional or market levelExperience working cross-functionally with Operations and marketing disciplinesStrong analytical and data interpretation skillsExcellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environmentWillingness to travel (up to ~40%)This role is remote but requires residing in Los Angeles, California.
