The rebrand from Kevin Kelly Interiors to Julianne Kelly Interiors marks a new chapter in the studio’s growth and creative direction.Role Description The E-Commerce Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dublin, responsible for driving online sales and digital brand presence for Julianne Kelly Interiors. This role involves managing the e-commerce platform, optimizing product listings, monitoring site performance, and ensuring a seamless online customer experience. The E-Commerce Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies across digital channels, including email, social media, and paid campaigns, while coordinating content and promotions that reflect the brand’s design ethos. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing performance metrics, managing online merchandising and pricing, collaborating with the design and sales teams, and overseeing marketing calendars and project timelines. The role also includes identifying growth opportunities, improving conversion rates, and ensuring that all online initiatives support revenue and brand objectives.Qualifications Strong E-Commerce expertise, including managing online stores, product listings, and customer journeys.Marketing Strategy and Sales skills to plan campaigns, drive revenue, and align digital efforts with business goals.Analytical Skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.Project Management capabilities to coordinate campaigns, manage timelines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., email platforms, social media advertising, analytics tools such as Google Analytics).Background in retail, interiors, or luxury/fashion markets is highly beneficial.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and brand consistency.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
