Job DescriptionAre you an experienced digital marketeer or an e-commerce specialist who wants to play a key role in driving the digital transformation across Romania, Bulgaria, Moldova and Israel?Our E-commerce Marketing Manager will play an instrumental role in developing the eCommerce strategy on a regional level and with your knowledge and mentality you will contribute in our mission to help us achieve our aim to reach millions of children globally with LEGOexperiences!****All applications should be in English********No relocation support is offered for this role****Core ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of the local eCommerce retail marketing activation calendar across key omnichannel and pure-player retailers - ensuring alignment with commercial priorities, seasonal moments, and global marketing campaigns.Drive digital retail media and shopper marketing initiatives across retailer platforms, including onsite visibility, paid media, SEO/SEM, and campaign optimization to maximize traffic, conversion, and sales performancePartner closely with Key Account Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to identify commercial opportunities, optimize product visibility, and support sustainable eCommerce growth across strategic retail partnersMonitor, analyze, and optimize eCommerce performance metrics, leveraging data insights and dashboards to improve campaign effectiveness, ROI, shopper engagement, and overall channel performanceEnsure best-in-class execution of online product presentation and discoverability by optimizing product listings, branded content, search relevance, and secondary placements across retailer ecosystemsCollaborate with regional and global teams to localize eCommerce strategies, campaigns, and toolkits, while ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines and local market needs.Manage relationships with external agencies, retail media partners, and platform stakeholders to continuously improve digital activation capabilities and retail marketing executionSupport the development of eCommerce capabilities within the broader organization by sharing insights, best practices, and market learnings with internal stakeholders across Sales and Marketing teamsPlay your part in our team succeeding As part of the local eCommerce team in BU ROBGIS, we are focused on accelerating sustainable growth across our omnichannel and pure-player retail partners in Romania, Bulgaria and Israel. The team plays a critical role in connecting strong commercial execution with impactful shopper marketing strategies, ensuring the brand delivers engaging and seamless experiences across the digital retail landscape.In this role, you will help bring our eCommerce ambitions to life by driving retail marketing activations, digital visibility, and performance-focused campaigns across key online partners. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and regional teams, you will contribute to growing consumer sales, strengthening retailer partnerships, and advancing our eCommerce capabilities across the wider organization.Do you have what it takes?Work experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, retail marketing, shopper marketing, or online trade marketing - preferably within FMCG, retail, consumer goods, or omnichannel environments.Strong understanding of eCommerce ecosystems, retail media, digital activation, and online consumer behavior across major e-retail platforms.Experience working with performance-driven campaigns, data analysis, and translating insights into actionable business recommendations.Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, retail media platforms, SEO/SEM tools - eCommerce dashboards is considered an advantage.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and collaborate effectively across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and external partners in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical mindset combined with creativity and commercial acumen.Join the global LEGO® family!What’s in it for you?
