We move fast, care deeply about quality, and back our work with data.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced eCommerce marketing manager to cover a 6-month parental leave period, starting July 2025.This is a hands-on leadership role at the intersection of brand and commercial performance. You will own integrated campaign execution across product launches, seasonal promotions, social, influencer, PR, content, and OOH — while managing two direct reports and our PR agency.You will work closely with our Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Creative, Finance, Operations, and Product teams to ensure every campaign is aligned to commercial objectives, delivered on time, and built to perform — collaborating on everything from budget planning and inventory alignment (including free gift with purchase availability, launch lead times, and stock availability) to product USPs and launch-readiness.A note on travel: This role involves some travel within the contract period — including an in-person onboarding week, a team Summit, and a photoshoot in September/October. We want to be upfront about this so candidates can plan accordingly.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management & Product LaunchesContribute to building a forward-looking marketing growth plan, identifying opportunities to accelerate brand awareness and customer acquisition — with a particular focus on expanding Hoselink's presence in key US growth marketsOwn the integrated marketing calendar, keeping launches, promotions, and content initiatives strategically sequencedLead end-to-end integrated campaigns across product launches, promotions, and seasonal moments — from ideation and creative briefing through to execution and post-campaign reportingTranslate commercial priorities into clear messaging frameworks, launch timelines, and cross-functional workflowsDraw on market research and customer insights to inform campaign strategy and identify growth opportunitiesEnsure all campaigns are on-brand, delivered on time, and optimised for customer engagement and revenue performanceTeam & Agency LeadershipManage and support the Social Media & Influencer Manager and Senior Graphic DesignerManage the PR agency relationship — briefing, approvals, campaign coordination, reporting, and media supportLead weekly Marketing WIP, fortnightly Creative, and monthly Blog Planning & Content meetingsCreate clarity, prioritisation, and accountability across projects while fostering a collaborative team environmentBrand & ContentReview and provide feedback on customer-facing copy and creative across website, email, social, blog, and campaign assetsDevelop campaign and creative briefs for launches, partnerships, photoshoots, and content initiativesEnsure brand voice, messaging, and creative direction are consistent across all touchpointsContribute to ongoing market positioning and brand alignment as Hoselink grows its US presenceSupport blog content planning aligned to customer education, SEO, seasonality, and product launchesProjects & InitiativesKeep key in-flight projects moving across the contract period, including marketing assets, sponsorship workstreams, staffing coordination, and booth positioning for the Northwest Garden & Flower ShowSupport early-stage scoping and planning for potential participation in the Philadelphia Flower Show, including opportunity analysis and marketing requirementsCoordinate with relevant internal teams and external partners to ensure project deliverables stay on trackReporting & Commercial AlignmentMonitor key marketing KPIs and use performance data to inform planning and optimisationLead campaign reporting and post-mortems, surfacing insights and growth opportunitiesPrepare and contribute to monthly business update presentationsPartner with Digital Marketing and eCommerce stakeholders to align campaign activity with site performance, merchandising priorities, and promotional goalsPartner cross-functionally with Finance on end-of-month reconciliations and budget planning, Operations to ensure campaigns align with inventory availability (including free gift with purchase, product launch lead times, and avoiding promoting out-of-stock products), and Product to stay across key USPs, product updates, and launch-readinessAbout YouYou have strong DTC or eCommerce experience and understand what it takes to drive growth in a digitally native brandYou are equally comfortable owning brand strategy and diving into execution detailYou manage projects and people with clarity — structured, proactive, and always across the detailsYou're comfortable in the data — at ease with eCommerce metrics, conversion analysis, and performance dashboardsYou can step into an established role quickly, maintain momentum, and add genuine value during a key cover periodYou are collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-orientedRequired Experience7–8+ years in integrated marketing, brand marketing, or campaign marketing within a DTC or eCommerce brandProven experience working with Shopify-based or digitally native consumer brandsTrack record of leading integrated campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channelsExperience managing direct reports and external agency relationshipsStrong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret campaign performance and business metricsExcellent project management, creative briefing, and communication skillsComfortable with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or similarUS market experience is a strong advantage, particularly across growth regions such as Texas and FloridaLife at HoselinkHoselink was founded in Australia and has grown into a globally recognised brand with a loyal customer base and a team that genuinely loves what they do.
