Email Marketing ManagerLHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a email marketing manager with 5 or more years of experience for a 40 hour a week contract opportunity with our manufacturing client. This role is primarily remote but has to go in office in Greensboro, NC 1-2 times per month. This is a great role that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team.Responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of strategic email marketing initiatives that drive revenue while retaining and expanding the subscriber base; leverage segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing to deliver relevant, high-performing customer experiences.Execute end-to-end email campaigns in Klaviyo, including campaign build, QA, deployment, and ongoing optimization.Own and uphold email marketing governance standards, ensuring all campaigns comply with applicable privacy regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA) and internal policies.Own performance tracking and testing strategies, translating data insights into actionable optimizations that drive improved ROI.Own and drive email list health and growth strategy, including acquisition, segmentation, and adherence to deliverability best practices.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields.Highly proficient in Klavyio preferred. Proficient with another with enterprise level email service provider required.Experience with Google Analytics required.Ability to develop and clearly communicate a strategic email marketing approach, including segmentation strategies.Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret email performance metrics and translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations.Strong time management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization and with external partnersExperience:5+ year's experience growing email marketing channel for ecommerce brandsEmployment Type: 6-8 month contractCompensation: $38.00-$53.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
