Your Responsibilities:
- Klaviyo & Shopify Granular Operations: Architect, manage, and continuously optimize complex automated email flows (such as welcome series, abandoned checkout, browse abandonment, and win-back flows) using Klaviyo integrated with our Shopify store.
- Advanced Segmentation: Develop highly targeted customer segments based on shopping behavior, engagement metrics, and purchase history to deliver deeply personalized content.
- Internal System Management & Amazon SES Campaigns: Plan and execute high-volume promotional newsletters and product launch emails using our internal sending system and Amazon SES.
- Deliverability Management: Monitor sender reputation, bounce/Unsubscribe rates, and spam complaints. Apply best practices to ensure maximum inbox placement and list hygiene.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Continuously test subject lines, email copy, creative assets, and send times to improve engagement metrics and drive higher conversions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the visual designer, copywriter and performance marketing teams to optimize on-site lead generation, engaging email content and ensure a cohesive customer journey.
Your Profile:
- Proven Experience: 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a dedicated DTC role, with a demonstrated track record of scaling direct sales.
- Holistic E-commerce Knowledge: Deep understanding of the entire digital retail ecosystem, including Shopify operations, CRM tools and email marketing tools such as Klaviyo and Amazon SES.
- Customer-Centric Approach: A strong passion for understanding consumer behavior and crafting personalized, meaningful brand experiences.
- Analytical Proficiency: Excellent ability to interpret data from platforms like Google Analytics and Shopify to make informed, strategic business decisions.
- Language: Professional working proficiency in English and German.
