From building a unified master brand to orchestrating high-impact trade shows and managing external communications, this role ensures Nestlé Professional delivers:Unforgettable CommunicationsUnmissable VisibilityThe Enterprise Brand Manager partners closely with Marketing, Sales, Culinary, Category, Digital, Insights, and Corporate Communications teams to drive a cohesive and impactful market presence.Key Responsibilities Brand StrategyDefine and steward enterprise brand strategy, including brand architecture, positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity across Culinary, Coffee, and ChannelsBuild and maintain cohesive portfolio storytelling and messaging frameworks that unify cross-category narratives and value propositionsLead enterprise-level campaigns and engagement platforms that elevate the brand and drive operator demandIntegrate brand strategy into commercial execution across customer presentations, menus, digital platforms, and innovation initiativesShape long-term brand equity by defining a multi-year roadmap and ensuring alignment with Innovation, R&D, and Category teams Communications & Public RelationsDevelop and execute external communications and PR strategy in partnership with Corporate CommunicationsCreate executive messaging, media materials, and communication plans supporting innovation, partnerships, and key business momentsSupport reputation and issues management in collaboration with leadership, Quality, and Corporate Communications teamsElevate executive visibility and thought leadership through industry events, panels, and external communications Experiential Marketing & EventsLead end-to-end event strategy and planning for trade shows and key industry engagementsAlign cross-functional teams on product prioritization, storytelling, and customer experience designDrive best-in-class brand experiences, ensuring consistency with global brand standardsDesign operator engagement journeys that generate qualified leads and support commercial pipelinesAnalyze post-event performance, delivering insights on ROI, engagement, and optimization opportunitiesKey Skills & CapabilitiesBrand Strategy & Commercial AcumenStrong strategic brand leadership with experience managing enterprise-level brand architecture and positioningAbility to translate complex portfolios into clear, compelling narrativesExperience developing insight-led strategies, business cases, and KPI-driven plansDeep understanding of customer segments, market dynamics, and commercial impactCommunication & InfluenceExpertise in PR, external communications, and reputation managementAbility to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders across a matrixed organizationStrong storytelling and communication skills, including executive-level messagingExperience representing the organization internally and externallyExperiential Marketing & ExecutionProven ability to deliver high-impact, immersive brand experiences at trade shows and eventsStrong project management skills across budgets, timelines, agencies, and vendor ecosystemsExperience managing creative agencies, PR firms, and event production partnersAttention to detail with the ability to manage complex, high-visibility initiativesLeadership & CollaborationDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaborationExperience building capability across brand, PR, and experiential marketingStrong coaching and team development skillsCommitment to continuous improvement and performance-driven cultureQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)8–12+ years of experience in brand management, communications/PR, experiential marketing, or integrated marketingB2B or foodservice industry experience preferredProven success leading large-scale events and experiential activationsStrong experience in brand strategy, messaging development, and enterprise-level storytellingExperience partnering with Corporate Communications on PR and external communicationsDemonstrated ability to develop insight-led strategies with measurable outcomesStrong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into actionExperience working in a matrixed organization with strong cross-functional influenceExcellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with strong executive presenceHighly organized with strong project management capabilities and ability to manage multiple prioritiesAdditional InformationThis role requires frequent travel during trade show season to support industry presence and event execution77171760The approximate target compensation range for this role is $120K to $140K. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
