Centric Software provides product concept-to-commercialization solutions across all manufacturing and retail verticals.Reporting to the EMEA CPGR Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing regional marketing initiatives aligned with our CPGR Markets strategy. This role requires a highly organized, strategic thinker and executor, capable of collaborating with both marketing and sales teams to drive regional growth and elevate Centric Software’s market presence.It’s a 100% remote working position based in EMEA, preferably in Germany, France, or the UK.You have strong Account-Based Marketing (ABM) expertise and at least 5 years of experience in managing marketing activities in ultra-dynamic IT/software companies. You are eager to work with some of the most well-known brands in the world and curious about how new technologies can support their challenges?Do not wait any longer… Take your career in a new direction in the heart of a growing company and team — Apply!Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and adapt local marketing strategy to support EMEA marketing goals and local sales objectivesDesign and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs in close alignment with sales to engage, nurture, and accelerate priority Retail accountsDevelop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns by account segments, vertical, and persona on multiple channels (LinkedIn, media, website, etc.)Organize and coordinate tradeshows, conferences, 3rd party webinars and Centric eventsDevelop supporting campaign assets and collateral with the support of the content manager and copywritersAnalyze campaign results (Tableau, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.) and identify potential areas for improvementConduct market, database, and competition analysisWork with freelancers and external agenciesManage budget & accountingRequirements4-5 years of experience in B2B marketing targeting , with a focus on field marketingProven track record in planning and executing successful regional marketing programs, with a focus on ABM targeting enterprise (billion-dollar revenue) accountsDegree in Marketing (Business School or equivalent)Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teamsAdaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environmentA proactive problem-solver with a solution-oriented mindsetProficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Pardot, Salesforce)Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work across international teamsWillingness to travel for events and activitiesExperience managing vendor relationships and budgetsLanguages: German (native) + English (Fluent)Be ready to join an exciting international team and support our continued growth!Additional InformationThis is a home-office-based position.
