As part of a broader recruiting initiative supporting an enterprise-level end client, the team is hiring a remote Field & Partner Marketing Manager to support regional marketing execution across the US and Canada.This role combines field marketing, event management, and partner marketing responsibilities, with a focus on driving pipeline growth, partner engagement, and regional brand visibility. The position requires close collaboration with sales, partner sales, marketing operations, and external vendors to execute high-impact campaigns and events aligned to business priorities.The ideal candidate is a proactive, highly organized marketer with experience managing end-to-end event logistics, partner campaigns, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination within fast-paced B2B SaaS or technology environments.Timeline: 12 months with extension opportunitiesLevel of Support: Full-time (160 hours/month)Start Date: ASAPCompensation: $100,000 + BenefitsObjectives:Execute regional field and partner marketing initiatives aligned to pipeline generation and customer engagement goalsManage end-to-end planning and execution of virtual and in-person events across the US and CanadaCoordinate joint partner marketing programs including webinars, workshops, co-branded campaigns, and partner-led eventsCollaborate cross-functionally with sales, partner sales, marketing operations, and external vendors to support GTM initiativesTrack campaign and event performance, ensuring accurate CRM reporting and post-event pipeline visibilityManage budgets, vendors, logistics, and stakeholder communications across multiple concurrent programsIdeal Candidate:3–5 years of experience in field marketing, partner marketing, event marketing, or campaign management within B2B SaaS or technology organizationsStrong experience managing end-to-end event logistics and regional field marketing activationsProven ability to collaborate effectively across sales, channel partners, vendors, and marketing stakeholdersStrong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyFamiliarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms, preferably Salesforce and PardotExperience measuring campaign and pipeline impact from events and partner programs preferredSaaS and B2B experience strongly preferredUS or Canada-based candidates only, with ability to support regional travel as needed
