Flexera is hiring a Field & Partner Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing across an assigned set of NAM territories. This is a high-impact, strategic role for a proactive, hands-on marketer with a strong B2B SaaS background, deep understanding of the NAM market, and a track record of driving pipeline and bookings.You'll be the marketing business partner to local sales and partner leaders - owning the regional plan, executing integrated programs, and collaborating cross-functionally to build pipeline, accelerate deal cycles, and strengthen Flexera's market presence across NAM.We're looking for creativity, energy, and a sharp instinct for engaging buyers and partners in meaningful, measurable ways.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Marketing PlanningBuild and own a regional marketing plan that aligns Flexera's corporate strategy, NAM sales priorities, and local market dynamics.Maintain a rolling 6+ month plan, refreshed continuously based on pipeline performance, intent data, and market feedback.Develop and pressure-test ideas with sales and marketing leadership, securing alignment before execution.Campaign Development & ExecutionLocalize and activate global campaigns (DGF, ABM, intent-driven, event-driven) to fit NAM market dynamics and territory needs.Select the right mix of channels and tactics - events, webinars, digital, and executive engagement - to hit pipeline goals.Design programs against the "Metrics that Matter" and track performance end-to-end.Partner MarketingPartner closely with Global Partner Marketing to build and activate co-marketing plans with priority NAM partners (VARs, MSPs, GSIs, hyperscalers).Serve as a contact for partner engagement and joint pipeline generation across the NAM channel.Performance ManagementExecute against the marketing contribution model - pipeline sourced, pipeline influenced, and contribution to bookings.Monitor pipeline and bookings continuously, adjusting plans to optimize ROI.Equip SDRs and sales with the assets, plays, and follow-up motions needed to progress pipeline and accelerate opportunities.Stakeholder ManagementAct as a marketing voice with NAM sales leaders - presenting plans, results, and recommendations with clarity and confidence.Build constructive relationships across GTM (sales, SDR, partner, CX, product marketing), managing expectations and pushing back when needed.Proactively surface field insights and needs to the broader marketing organization to keep priorities aligned.Vendor & Budget ManagementSelect and manage strategic vendors in line with privacy, compliance, and procurement requirements.Negotiate scope, terms, and pricing in partnership with procurement.Accurately manage budget, forecast spend, and report on ROI.Requirements5+ years of B2B marketing experience in the tech/software/SaaS industry, with demonstrated field marketing impact.Strong business acumen and the ability to translate sales priorities into measurable marketing strategies.Proven application of modern marketing approaches - ABX/ABM, event marketing, partner marketing, and value-based selling motions.Customer-first mindset; able to balance pipeline urgency with a high-quality buyer experience.Working knowledge of the NAM partner ecosystem (VARs, MSPs, GSIs, hyperscalers) and experience activating it for joint pipeline.Strong project management skills with a track record of running integrated campaigns and events end-to-end.Experience collaborating with SDR/BDR, product marketing, enablement, and partner sales teams in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; meticulous attention to detail.Proficiency with Salesforce, marketing automation (e.g., Marketo), webinar platforms, and ABM tools (e.g., 6sense).A proactive, resourceful attitude and comfort operating in ambiguity.Willingness to travel across NAM as needed.Preferred: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications.
