You will lead market analysis, positioning, launch planning, and commercial enablement while ensuring alignment across global stakeholders. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into measurable growth outcomes and ensure sustained product success.Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including strategy, positioning, launch, and post-launch optimizationDevelop and execute global marketing plans aligned with revenue, profitability, and growth targetsLead global product launches, ensuring commercial readiness, training, forecasting, and regional alignmentConduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to define segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategiesSupport pricing strategy, portfolio management, and business case development for new productsDrive commercial execution through sales enablement tools, messaging, and training programsMonitor KPIs such as revenue performance, funnel metrics, and win/loss data to optimize strategyPartner with Marketing Communications to develop campaigns, content, and promotional initiativesCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, Regulatory, Operations, Finance, and Technical SupportRequirementsThe ideal candidate brings strong experience in product marketing within medical devices or diagnostics, combined with solid commercial acumen and the ability to execute in global, cross-functional environments. You are both strategic and hands-on, capable of leading launches while driving measurable business outcomes.
